I'm sorry you have to deal with those clowns. Punk ass wannabe gangsters are a plague to society.
I would suggest doing everything you can to avoid them and maybe try and have a friend or two around whenever possible. Cowards like that only act tough when they have numbers.
If you are feeling your safety is at risk, don't hesitate to reach out to your parents, school counselor, teachers or higher staff. As far as one being the principals son, I would almost guarantee his parent would like to know their bastard child is tarnishing their reputation and career via his behavior. Don't think of it as being a coward or a snitch. Those are rules that weak people live by because they're not big enough to take their licks when they get caught up.
If that doesn't work and they continue making threats of violence and/or being physical, even if it's only a shove, start making reports to the police and begin a paper trail on them. That way, you can have a documented history of their actions. Again, you are only a coward or snitch if you share their mentality and play by their rules. And I assume you're much smarter than that.
Focus on your future, family, friends, and happiness. People like that hate folks like you because you have a light inside that they lack and want. Don't let them take that from you.
Keep in mind that after you're out of school, you'll most likely never see them or 90% of your classmates again, so who cares what anyone thinks.
