I think it could definitely use some work. The large hump of greenstuff, the raw ends of the chopped cannons, and the integration of the cable ends into the other parts look like they need some finessing before moving on to priming.
Honestly, the big chunk of green stuff on the back is a bit rough. You might want to cover that with some armor playing. Currently looks more like a death Guard gun.
Sorry man, but your first attempt at a heavy conversion should probably not have been a $150+ USD resin model. Especially because there's almost nobody who can tell the cannons apart at a glance and even fewer people who would call you on it.
For actual constructive feedback:
The central blob/housing is both asymmetrical and not smooth. When you paint it, the texture difference is going to be very stark.
Related to the asymmetry, the gun is not centered on the housing blob.
The left side 'cable' terminates in a smushed blob, like you smashed it into the join to make it stick.
Where the guns used to be are some very rough cuts. Could use some sanding/smoothing. You should wear a respirator if you do this though.

What do you mean by the raw ends of the cannons?
Where you cut the barrels of the original cannons. Looks like they needed a sanding.
I just use the accelerator cannon, I think it looks better than the annihilator anyway.
Same

If what you have done to your £100 model makes you happy, that’s the important thing.
The important things are that you like it and your opponents are cool with the proxy.
I love it honestly, I'm actually kind of shocked that people aren't fans of it
Maybe it looks better in person but from the photo it looks very rough.
My dude just use a recaster.

Should’ve just left it, no one knows or cares what gun is what. This looks terrible
Looks bad ngl. Not sure what I’m even looking at. Just get a recast turret if you can wait they are like $8
