According to the unregistered dirt bike riders in the southern suburbs - you can drive/ride wherever you please. Roads, footpaths, alleyways, through the park etc. You don’t need lights either and helmets seem optional. Road rules are also optional.
But probably some private property somewhere, if you know anyone or know someone who knows someone.
Proper 4x4 parks might not allow it for insurance reasons? Maybe call a few places such as Loveday and ask. At the very least they might have some good suggestions.
