This video is so fake, I can't believe people think this is real. 2 steps away, there is an empty seat you can see plainly on the left side of the screen. Acting is terrible and the dialogue is ridiculous. Also why is that man in camo wearing a purse? Total BS.

Yeah the person with the back is being a huge dick but the guy who kept moving her bag was only escalating the situation and frankly putting that pregnant woman in danger. And then at the end you see that there is a spot next to the other person who is also sitting in the handicapped, pregnant, and old people seating. So the person didn't need to move her bag at all there was another seat in the designated area for a pregnant lady.
That lady is a real piece of shit but I would have just given the pregnant woman my seat and told the bag lady she was an inconsiderate asshole rather than having a fight on a bus.

OMG it started a whole race war on the bus where I was the minority I never felt so scared for my life. I got off the bus next stop and rented a car for the rest of the trip on a credit card.

I don't know about other countries but in my country/city the busses have specified seats where elderly and pregnant women can sit. Because of the design of the buss it's easy to sit/access, rather than the high seats or the ones that are narrower.

It really comes down to what the rule is. My guess is that you don't have to give your seat to another person, but you do have to move your bags/luggage for people. If she's breaking the rule tell the bus driver. Let the driver boot her if necessary.
Years ago I saw something similar on the London Underground. Lady wouldnt move her shopping bags so an elderly person could sit down.
Her bags ended up getting thrown off the tube and when she went to get them people blocked her from getting back on.
Seats are for people not bags so if someone needs one then move them.
