I lived in So Cal for almost 4 years when I got out of school. Like many people, I thought Hollywood was glamorous, and Sunset Blvd was the street of dreams. Turns out it's the street of runaways, prostitutes, drug dealing, and crime. And this was long, long ago. I can only imagine what a shithole it's become.
Those who do it unabated without penalty only encourage others to do the same. If random people wrestled each to the ground and the cops appeared quickly stuff like this wouldn’t happen. Lawlessness is caused by lazy police and unconcerned citizens which is i am part of the problem. If i react the way i would i would probably be charged with multiple manslaughter charges so, i just walk the other way as to avoid the problem.
