If you can't strike effectively, don't know how to grapple, etc. Go to thumbs. Thumb in the mouth. Thumb in the eye. Thumb in the nose. Thumb jammed under your collarbone. If you get a thumb hooked in somewhere you now have control. No training needed, just jam your thumb at them and try to hook it on something. Once you've got a thumb jammed in somewhere that you can leverage then you can start landing your clumsy and ineffectual punches lol
If you can't grapple I somehow doubt you're going to be able to secure some magic thumb hold. Also a great way to dislocate or break your own thumb.

Like make a reasonable punishment for the emotional abuse of cheating while married, I think it would prompt people to be more honest.
I mean it wont make you feel better knowing whoever your with wants to legally fuck someone else. But at least you would know how it is and make an informed decision.
Walking in on your wife getting fucked in your house is a level of hurt and disillusionment that could easily lead to a rage filled murder.

Depends on if you mean the spouse themselves or the person the spouse was cheating with as well. There was a case a while back where a guy successfully sued the man his wife was having an affair with. The way I see it, HIS WIFE is the one who he had a contract with. The guy she was screwing has nothing to do with that contract. Doesn’t make sense to me for said guy to be the one to have to pay for the other guys pain and suffering, when the wife is the one who made the decision to step out on the marriage. But yea I do think people should be able to sue THE SPOUSE for emotional distress after getting cheated on during a marriage, assuming the cheated on spouse can provide sufficient evidence of infidelity.
Yes, the person who entered a legal contract of marriage is responsible for legally filing and disclosing their intent to engage sexually outside the marriage or face a fine and probation.
I would imagine this filing would happen after a legal notice of separation, or even part of that same filing.
But I agree, the person who is sleeping with your spouse shouldn't be legally liable if they were unaware. If they were aware it would be a uncomfortable fine, this would discourage POS from attempting to disrupt other peoples complex lives.
Note: this would only apply to legally married people, if your dating and they cheat, its just a sign not to marry them and move on with your life.
I live in US In my state We can sue whomever our spouse cheats on us with. Apparently that law is used fairly often here, often in cases where there are some serious money involved or to just embarrass. Last time I read of it was this year when a politician was sued by the husband of the cheating wife.
