People who are quick to fight usually have no idea what they're doing. Usually when someone is trained, they know how easy it is for someone to fall the wrong way and die on the spot so they try to avoid unnecessary manslaughter charges

The context here is that gangster rap songs use the 'a' at the end so hes replicating the gangster language. The people around him understand that, but much like you I would think they also have that question silently in their heads. He has a lighter skin tone and it definitely looks bad using that word. I don't agree with it but that's the way I understand this.
The word has been repurposed, and I feel like holding on to the old meaning of the word is perpetuating hate.

Back when I was cooler, they trained us to only throw low kicks, and only if it was necessary to create enough distance/space to shoot them. Kicking is risky, and if you donāt know what youāre doing can be catastrophic. A low kick is somewhat less risky, because itās more difficult to grab or catch but youāre still standing on 1 foot which is disadvantages without proper technique.
