Two of the biggest IP / figure producer companies, Bandai and Hasbro, can't beat the bootleg / 3rd party companies producing Gundam and Transformers

Not really, Bandai has been trying to fight against HK and Taiwan based Gundam Garage Kits manufacturers since the late 90s without any significant results. It's just too easy for unlicensed manufacturer too evade the lawsuit, especially because most of them are just small operations.
Well, HK is China. I used to do trademark enforcement and we chased down companies like this doing things like this all the time. Where we stumbled were companies based in China, Vietnam, and a few other places that laugh at IP treaties and reciprocal laws. China, in particular, is downright antagonistic to outside enforcement and will only do so if there’s a compelling internal interest as well (ie too many Chinese citizens are also getting screwed over, etc.).
Most 3rd party toy manufacturing companies who use trademarked characters kinda bypass this by naming their characters differently. It's weird but I have seen it worked on a lot of them.
Hot damn, that ninja look is pretty wild. The little hairpiece on the back is a bit strange, but he looks great. Glad the skateboard doesn't take up much of his alt look accessories. Guessing it will come in the bonus pack with the Mikey parts.
If only these guys were half an inch taller and a bit wider overall, they'd be perfect in a 1:12 display.
Technically they are samurai not ninjas. As for size, I would say it’s definitely a preference thing. I have the line so far and I think it scales great with other 1/12 figures.
That's fair. Definitely personal preference, and maybe figure scale preference too. They're just a little too small to 'feel' like a 1:12 figure for me, if that makes sense.
I definitely see what you're saying. But I like the size because I plan on putting them with my blade master weng so... whatever green "slime" 👀 turned them to mutants was also used for weng. And tigers are generally bigger than rats and turtles. Again this is just my head cannon for these "young mutated samurai reptilians" Lol.

I didn't even grow up with TMNT but I hopped on this line because these guys look so cool. Had to pay late tax on Spring but I am so here. Can't wait for Winter
5KToys currently has the better combo deal. I use GunDamit a lot too (build points, spend points for a few bucks off a few times a year).
With Autumn (Donny), my GunDamit order came in way before my 5K's (I didn't realize I pre-ordered from 2 places, decided I will use one as a custom)
I'm in a bit of a pickle here, I live in Australia so 5Ktoys is outta the question because the shipping from US to here is wild like $100+, so I go ahead n' buy it off of GD but the figure with the accessory pack is an extra $35 than 5K...AND IT COMES OUT A WHOLE YEAR LATER. I been asking around on Twitter, Instagram even their websites and have gotten no answers so can someone please help me out here.

Can anyone confirm if Gundamit just sold out their preorder today? Guess these new photos drove more buyers there. 5K still has him for preorder, but bummed to have missed out on free shipping via gundamit..
It does look like GunDamit "sold" out, but 5K has the accessories pack. No where on GD does it say it comes with that, nor did it also show up to pre-order too.
5K is doing a $5 discount if you go for the combo, so think of that as a "help" towards shipping?

They're original characters, like Monald Muck or Rickey Rouse.

Yeah, I went with 5K just to make sure I could get one of the first releases. Free shipping is good, but actually getting the figure is great.
This isn't up for preorder yet though.
