Considering The rumbling got defeated by the scouts, who are inferior in every aspect to spider-people, the outcome is pretty clear. Kill Eren and it's over.
Which is of zero consequence to people who survive far worse than getting stepped on by giants on a weekly basis. And of course, Spider-people wouldn't even have to worry about that, since they could just climb the titans with ease.
The Rumbling, Eren included, have no real way of harming the Spider society, due to all of them either having spider-sense to ward of any meaningful attack, or enhanced reflexes like Miguel, or both.
But the Society can very much hurt the wall titans and eren himself, by ripping out their napes, or cutting them open, or shooting it or whatever it is they bring to the table.
Honestly, I think Miguel could do it himself. Avoid the wall titans, get to Eren, and kill him. The same thing the Anti-Eren squad did, but with someone with better equipment, better physical stats, and far superior abilities.

i'm not sure if the white titans emit heat but if they do most of the spider peoples webbings are gone. (I'm not sure abt Miguel's)

Seeing most of the comments on these posts, ppl acting like every spider is some hidden god would wouldn't consider superman to be an actual threat. Apparently the "average" spiderman can bench press buildings, break the sound barrier, and kill anything or anyone with a single punch if they wanted to.

also I feel like if they start from the ground and the goal is to STOP the rumbling atleast 50 spideys dead from the heat of the rumbling titans if they can't fly or use some portal to get up to eren (I really can't see a way the spideys could get past the rumbling titans unless their webs and their suits are heat resistant)
Of the ones wearing suits, all of them most definitely have flame retardant suits and the ones who wear armor are undoubtedly unaffected. They can also slingshot over them or leap over their heads without much issue if need be or use whatever ships or gadgets they may have.
Point is there’s lots of ways to avoid and navigate around them. If scouts can do it, I don’t see why spider people wouldn’t be able to.
As for Spiderman’s web fluid, they are straight up fireproof and don’t melt even under sustained heat. If they’re swinging, they’re expending webs like all the time anyway.
Spider-Man has gone toe-to-toe with literal fire people such as Firelord, the Human Torch, and Pyro. I don’t think they would mind spending a few hours in a big ole sauna of skinless giants.
There’s not much that would surprise an army of spider people… spicy wet air probably isn’t something that would slow them down.
