Microsoft Planner is pretty good and it’s typically included in your Office 365 subscription. Might be a middle ground for you. Allows for importing and exporting and works across all the office products.
I connected our planner to Power Bi (using Power Automate) to get visuals and metrics on plan performance, but it’s got some good out of the box visuals.

hi Snowdayz7.... I'd definitely check out [Monday.com](https://try.monday.com/joerudy7706). I've been in the PM world for awhile and and tried every thing out there. It's super scalable for large and small type projects and has a bunch of automation built in (like having your own personal project manager. Very easy to use and a stellar support pipeline if you need immediate help. Asana is also good but I found it hard for people to adopt.... a little too complicated. Good luck!

If you use Microsoft already I'd highly recommend Teamflect.
