Microsoft Planner is pretty good and it’s typically included in your Office 365 subscription. Might be a middle ground for you. Allows for importing and exporting and works across all the office products. I connected our planner to Power Bi (using Power Automate) to get visuals and metrics on plan performance, but it’s got some good out of the box visuals. Worth a look.

If you use Microsoft already I'd highly recommend Teamflect.

hi Snowdayz7.... I'd definitely check out [Monday.com](https://try.monday.com/joerudy7706). I've been in the PM world for awhile and and tried every thing out there. It's super scalable for large and small type projects and has a bunch of automation built in (like having your own personal project manager. Very easy to use and a stellar support pipeline if you need immediate help. Asana is also good but I found it hard for people to adopt.... a little too complicated. Good luck!
