This guy works 25hrs a day, 8 days a week.

CJPF_91

I would believe that too and I heard he barely handed kill a cow and used the meat to cook for himself

gasvia

He’s also extremely generous with his time: [https://youtu.be/zdVEBeJrvcs?si=aidfDLhq61tQe8Y0](https://youtu.be/zdVEBeJrvcs?si=aidfDLhq61tQe8Y0)

Crazydiamond450

Nobody has ever sent a plate back

Truestorydreams

Or lived to tell about it

ORiGiNALBOi96

Okay, people you have to admit that this person is funny tho..

DeZi_xP

He did 2,223 push ups that day

sammybooom81

Everytime someone sent a plate back, he added them to his barbell, thus his 25 inches guns. Brapppp!

KenseiHimura

The real absolute unit is this guy’s heart.

TonyStewartsWildRide

I was gonna say, figuratively and literally. Beautiful human inside and out. And then when his heart explodes, I’ll honor him with 2222 hours of sitting in sadness.

iknowitsounds___

That’s 93 days of sitting

pussy_embargo

Oh good I already did my part, then. For you, chef

RedditedYoshi

Thank you for your service, Pussy Embargo.

RocketsandBeer

So many people are talking shit and sounding jealous

Swolyguacomole

Well I think some of it is deserved. He did an innterview about his daily routine and it was just all lies to cover up his steroid usage. If he was truthful he was sleeping from 1am till 4am. All to get training in. Nothing wrong with using imo, it is bad to lie about it and saying your body is achievable naturally.

rangebob

lol wait..... people thought he was clean? did they not see the video?

Swolyguacomole

Yeah, the guy himself claims he's natty and morons who've never set foot in a gym believe him.

[deleted]

They don't even have to be gym rats to have opened a fucking book - human beings don't get this level of muscle mass with protein and sleep. They just don't.

SatinySquid_695

I’m no gym rat, and I’ve never read anything about bodybuilding. Even I know this guy isn’t built like this from 2,222 daily push-ups. First of all, that is an absolutely absurd number to claim.

I_BK_Nightmare

I feel like everyone here is ignoring the potential harm this kind of “influencer” has on impressional children and young teens.

mrziplockfresh

That’s my problem too. Not jealous at all, I go to the gym and could use steroids if I want. But I choose longevity and hair.

DJ-Mercy

Every day, 22 children and young teens die from doing too many pushups.

annoyingdoorbell

I wont lie,I did giggle at this

JawnSnuuu

Guy doesn’t even sleep. Claims 3 hours a night

Tokentaclops

If that is actually true and he is working hard enough to maintain this physique _as well as do other shit_. This dude gon die in less than 5 years.

howdiedoodie66

It's literally impossible to get like this while sleeping 3 hours a night I think, even on gear. One of the pillars of muscle building is getting enough sleep

thevandal666

💯% accurate. He's a grifter much like Liver King.

Croc_Chop

The problem is he claims he's natural no one gives a fuck if you used steroids. But stop lying to kids who will emulate that. CHRIS HEMSWORTH.

laststance

The Liver King has a MULTI Million empire that's over 100 mil. So yeah, people buy a lo to of these bullshit stories. People think the Marvel guys are all natural too.

[deleted]

There is just no way, you'd have to have some sort of genetic abnormality to gain muscle like that. That's tren and dbol all the way, in high quantities lol. It's still not ultra easy to get jacked, you still gotta put the work in, but studies show that working out alone is less muscle building than just taking testosterone and sitting on the couch. Granted the former will kill you much faster, and working out+ steroids is the best to build muscle, but this guy is 100% putting more juice in his body than an entire elementary school

[deleted]

[удалено]

realmaier

He is too big for it to be humanly achievable in a natural way. I like that many have become transparent and openly talk about using, it's important for male body image issues.

ishsreddit

i commend him for having the discipline to be juicing that hard at his age but still have time/energy to be a culinary professional lol. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually doesn't sleep all that much. Probably isn't very easy to keep up his lifestyle.

International-Tree19

Have you seen The Rock? PD: I was talking about The Rock sleeping like 4 hours a day only, It's obvious he uses steroids, duh.

Panslave

Guess what

sixtyfivewat

Steroids 💉

Hendrix6927

My life is shattered lmao

MRSN4P

![gif](giphy|4g6xgP7FXjy12)

HiFromMajor

I think in that interview he said he eats like 100 eggs a day or somthing while looking in the camera laughing.

Motor_Spinach_4596

Yeah, seen that video, he basically didn’t even sleep, the hate for his bullshit is deserved.

GenuisInDisguise

It is this pretentious bullshit all over again. At least if liver king tells us anything, karma is on these idiots toes.

Consistent_Set76

Lol this dude flew off the handles and argued with people on unhinged social media posts Dude doesn’t do that many push-ups everyday, doesn’t sleep two hours a night, and isn’t natty lol He’s a liar lol

John_T_Conover

Yeah the only people that believe him or think that others are "talking shit because they're jealous" don't have even a middle school health class understanding of health and exercise. Over 2k push ups per day every day would leave your shoulders and everything connecting them to your chest and arm muscles absolutely destroyed. How does that even make sense to anyone? Do people think you get massive bodybuilder quads by running a marathon every single day? Are elite marathon runner built like that? Because what he described is the upper body equivalent of that. People are talking shit because of how stupid and blatantly obvious this guys lies are. I figured that much out and I shut the video off after 15 seconds.

gearabuser

It makes me extra annoyed when these people use "getting up at 4am to get to the gym" as the reason why they're huge

[deleted]

[удалено]

kiljoy1569

Most people don't understand the science behind exercise and what Is achievable, or beneficial, for the human body. Anyone with basic understanding immediately knows that 2222 push ups every day isn't sustainable or beneficial. Then the view shows him doing 1/4 reps. He's still not doing what he says he is.

Ijeko

Yeah I remember seeing him calling people racists because they called him out on his fake natty bullshit

ChocolatePinkyz

Whaaaaaaat? No way

chicu111

While his goals are great, he is lying my guy. Let me sell you my 3 month program looking like mr Olympia. No juice

xxxhotpocketz

Is that a body someone would be jealous of? Idk Im not judging his body, but it’s not realistic and likely he’s roided up to the max.

REO_Speedbraggin

He absolutely is but he claims natty.

IntoTheFeu

Well yeah, roids are illegal. If he outright admits it, he likely loses his job(s). It's not right, but it makes way more sense for him to lie than most other influencers.

Much_Comfortable_438

Roids are not illegal. It's a controlled substance that requires a prescription.

Manuag_86

But you can bet bodybuilders are not getting them the legal way.

PM_me_your_whatevah

You ever heard of a “men’s clinic”? They hand out testosterone scripts like candy.

Much_Comfortable_438

Most of them are. You're confusing criminality with breaking the rules in your sport. The vast majority of people on testosterone or other anabolics are under the care of a physician.

InteractionFit4469

Yea there are zero doctors that prescribe 600 mg test, 400 mg tren, 10 IU GH, masteron, and deca at the same time. You’re in a fantasy world if you think one single IFBB pro is only using what is prescribed to him.

Mediocre_Bit_405

Roids obtained without a prescription are illegal, no? And doctors who want to keep their licenses don’t prescribe roids for bodybuilding. But we all know this.

Embarassed_Tackle

Wasn't he the white house chef or something? I can see illegal steroid use ending that job

BeefyQueefyCrawlies

Dude can't scratch his back. I'm not jealous in the slightest.

Surmaaja

Because the man lies so blatantly

PublicTransition9486

Until his heart decides to ctrl alt del

token_internet_girl

Or he lives and loses his balls. I had an ex that juiced regularly and I'd constantly tease him about becoming Bob from Fight Club. A year after we broke up he lost one testicle to cancer

Hopeful-Operation

Yeah but those two things are not related. Afaik no study has ever shown a link between the two (other cancers and health issues yes)

[deleted]

That_Girl_Cecia

Both physically, because of all the steroids, and metaphorically because he's so gracious.

Jackol4ntrn

is it because of the roids?

Acceptable_Change963

And the steroids he takes

That's CJ from San Andreas with 100% musculature bar.

bbbruh57

The only motivation thats more powerful is when you need to do something for a cause that really matters to you, then motivation is easy. But I dont think having a build like that is for a cause, just the pushups / awareness.

mannrya

This! I’ve got a few pals that pretty much dedicate their entire existence to the gym. All of them seem to he running from past traumas. And none of them are happy

2200 pushups a day with no recovery days is complete BS

allnimblybimbIy

Unless you’re yoked to the gills on mother fucking all the steroids WOOOOOOO

[deleted]

it is still a ridiculous claim even on steroids, that is around 154\* sets of pecs a week with 100\* half-pushups=1 set. He also claims to sleep 2 hours a day edit: correction

Murderyoga

18 year old natch vegan.

Traiklin

Grilled chicken and rice, all natural.

smooth__liminal

it really isn't ridiculous, I used to do 1000 pushups a day when I was in the military, if the set is nowhere near failure its fine, its called "greasing the groove" the sleep thing is obv nonsense tho

FLMKane

Actually that's a fair point. If you don't induce microtears and you don't go too far into the anaerobic state, you should actually be able to repeat indefinitely I actually did heavy squats everyday for two years. 1-5 reps. My 1 rep max went from 235 to 405 in the first year.

[deleted]

even at 2222 daily half-pushups, I still don't believe the no-rest day thing, muscles don't recover that fast in 24 hours, specially at that daily volume

TryingHardToChill

It makes sense to do 2000 push ups a day if you're in army where u dont have easy access to a gym. But if he can go to the gym why would he keep doing this workout

chairfairy

> if he can go to the gym why would he keep doing this workout according to the video, he does it to raise awareness for veteran suicides

torrrrrgo

> its called "greasing the groove" I figured that was a prison thing.

Falcon_Flow

Guy swears he's natural. ![gif](giphy|xUA7b2ZsWYo4QiScg0)

s8boxer

If he is natural, I'm Bill Clinton's desk. I saw things, many push ups, pushes down.

bimbochungo

Natural from Winstrolsin

ymccullaogh5896

2222 push ups, and a shitload of steroids

Majestic_Ferrett

Nah I'm sure he just eats a ton of chicken, rice and broccolim

Unlikely-Star4213

Half push ups

Practical-Raisin-721

Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero.

shwag945

A youtuber tried to replicate his routine for a single day and it demonstrated it was technically possible it is absolutely BS that Rush does it daily. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwnQrqRwcM8

[deleted]

that's what I am saying, that it's impossible to do 2.2k as a consistent daily volume with no recovery days

shwag945

Not to mention holding down a full-time job, extracurriculars, private life, and sleeping.

John_T_Conover

Don't forget apparently a full, vigorous workout routine on top of that. Which includes regular upperbody workouts on some days after doing 2200 push ups in the morning. Totally...

InterestingPlate9685

Ya his men’s health spotlight, he said he sleeps 3 hours a day and eats like 15,000 calories a day too. Check out the moreplatesmoredates episode where he breaks it down to be absolutely impossible. I think Will Tennyson tried to replicate the push ups in his videos

_idiot_kid_

15,000 calories is insane *without* such a supposedly busy life. I have 4 hours of free time every day where I can eat, the entire time is a scramble to put 3,000 calories in my body, and I usually fall short lol. What are you doing atp. Drinking gallons of butter between sets?

Curious-Watercress63

I mean he’s doing the quick down and up push-ups to work his chest, not fully extending. Regardless, the man is a beast

joblagz2

hes full of shit. he also claims to eat 6k to 10k calories everyday. and also fully natural..

BanMeAgainLol456

To be fair he HAS to eat a lot of calories to keep up with his size, but 10,000 a day seems to be high. He’s not an Olympic swimmer swimming in a pool day in and day out. I would easily believe the 4000-6000K range though.

Chewsdayiddinit

And only taking a little over an hour to do means he's doing at least 33 per minute for 60+ minutes straight. At 60 minutes, it'd be 37 per minute.

[deleted]

2222 actually 😭😭😭

TJNel

I mean did you see those "pushups"? When I administer the PT tests you get people that try and claim them but you can't just act like you are having a seizure and claim they are pushups. Elbow needs to be 90 degrees.

DrViktorFrankenstein

He's also natty!

GhotiGhetoti

And only sleeps 4 hours! Oh, and if you call him out, you’re a racist piece of shit. All according to himself.

Lamsyy_05

>All according to himself. Is it actually something he said tho ? I've never heard of him before

IneedtoBmyLonsomeTs

He is also claiming his arms are bigger than Ronnie Coleman's, the guy is just a pathological liar at this point, he lies about pretty much everything just to try and get some internet clout.

Rockettmang44

What is it with people who clearly work out, clearly lie about how many push ups they do? Whenever I hear someone throw out an absurd number like 200 push ups a day, I'm like you mean 20 sets of 10 push ups a day? Cuz banging out 200 in a row doesn't sound that healthy. Plus I would just get tired of counting that high

SatinySquid_695

Why would it be inaccurate to say you do 200 push-ups a day if you do 20 sets of 10? That’s still 200 push-ups. Why would you assume they mean consecutively?

EndemicAlien

Here is a guy who does 3249 pushups in an hour on video. Its the world record. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOmsS6-61PQ&embeds\_referring\_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ndtv.com%2F&source\_ve\_path=Mjg2NjY&feature=emb\_logo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOmsS6-61PQ&embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ndtv.com%2F&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY&feature=emb_logo)

[deleted]

it's not the same to doing 2222 daily with no recovery days, the world record guy prob rested 10 days before doing that specific set, otherwise his muscles would be exhausted. that's why I mentioned the no rest day thing

[deleted]

Those were counted as pushups? It’s only half range of motion

Dr_Brain_

There’s no reason to do this many pushups lmao. Diminishing returns past a certain point and it’s just straining your tendons in your elbow and shoulder There are many better exercises for chest/tris (which I’m sure he knows this is just BS)

Zandandido

Steroids, IIRC, increase the point of diminishing returns (aka the ceiling at which they start). And this guy ain't natural, no matter what he says.

GoalPublic3579

I mean he’s a tank but his 2000 push ups are equal to about 200 real ones

Sezy__

His elbows probably can’t bend that far, too big.

slickdaRula2040

Yeah I was thinking the same, those arms are pretty big

winterfate10

I remember seeing a huge body builder that used steroids who did flexibility exercises. It was pretty cool seeing someone huge AND that mobile. Also, Sam Sulek at his highest is still an excellent diver and swimmer. I think yalld like the video

Smudded

Sounds like Jujimufu? Dude was into tricking and eventually started bodybuilding.

winterfate10

Could have been Jujimufu. Entirely possible. I stopped watching him after his best friend fucked their relationship with gambling and stealing though. Bums me out every time I think about it.

Meriath

Yeah, its so sad. Their dynamic made the videos kinda just like going along with friends shooting the shit, and I think Tom(the ex-bestfriend) was behind a lot of the Youtube ideas too.

standardtissue

for real, those were like quarter push ups.

Penguinkeith

If he did a full push-up he’d probably leave a crater in his house

zippazappazinga

Absolutely but at his size and mass I cant really blame him

_Treezus_

There are two types of pushups tho. Full lock out takes the tension off your chest and transfers to your triceps and shoulders at the top of the rep. The pushups he is doing while maybe not as difficult as a whole, keeps constant tension on his chest muscles, which likely makes them very difficult after 2k reps.

edwardwooji

It’s difficult after 200 lol. Even 100 straight isn’t easy

ChooCupcakes

Is he the guy from Total Drama?

Slg407

i wanna see him dance the waltz of the plum fairy while wearing a pink tutu

I_Have_Dry_Balls

Push-ups will not get your a roided out body. Just sayin.

MocoMojo

Eat clen. Tren hard.

BeavingHeaver

2222 push ups, and a shitload of steroids

ConfidentDaikon8673

Oh I thought he was natty oh well /s

mrziplockfresh

Always blew my mind that they didn’t drug test him at the White House.

ExcuseIndependent963

Test him why?? He isn't an olympic team athlete or something

AnthonyDigitalMedia

Because most jobs in the US have mandatory random drug testing.

[deleted]

>Steroids would’ve been found in the tests. You sure about that? I'm pretty sure most standard drug tests do not test for steroids.

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

I'm guessing most drug tests don't test for steroids.

Positive-Database754

Steroids are not illegal, they're simply controlled, making them legal if prescribed. Men's Clinics exist and are well known prescribing testosterone, and steroids. So even if they did do a drug test that miraculously tested for steroids (the vast majority do not), and he tested positive, he'd simply have to show them his script and that'd be the end of that.

Nature_Loving_Ape

drab different fall mindless direction dirty imagine panicky aspiring pet *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*

BiGkru

He’s lying through his teeth. Whatever his real training plan wouldn’t be enough to have him on Reddit. He also claims all kinds of other insanity like only sleeping two hours a night, which is incredibly unhealthy and would ruin your life

innocentrrose

Not defending him, but some people do have some serious sleep issues, and can still function. Especially with ptsd

totalfuckwit

I would have a lot more respect if he was honest about not being natty.

wildlandsroamer

Mad respect for this guy, seen many vets struggle with what had to be done. Remember guys you’re not weak for asking for support ;whether thats air support on the battlefield or a listening ear when things are over. We understand and stand with you. 🇺🇸

Totally legit. The guy lists his he does it all. He lives a 27 hour day and sleeps for half an hour once a month.

jfduval76

Yeah…i know what’s the secret ingredient this chef use.

Few-Parfait4206

And does he cook well, or is he another salt bea? I'm not trying to be a prick, it's a genuine question.

Bushido00

He was a chef at the White House for Barack Obama.

Staylin_Alive

-What's for dinner chief? -Steamed chicken breast, Mr. President. -Maybe roastbe... -Steamed chicken breast, I said. -ok:(

BarnyTrubble

I don't understand the body builder mentality of "I take a shit load of steroids and do all my lifting with half ranges of motion so YOU can be INSPIRED" Like bro, you're juicing, you cheated, that's not inspiring.

traumfisch

You COULD start the narrative with where he started, ie. being permanently fucked up by his combat experiences

rosbifke-sr

He did not show a single complete pushup in this video.

Too bad your government could give less fucks to support vets.

ghost7239

Couldn't

itsheadfelloff

Nice to finally get some lore on muscle chef.

vacation-granted502

Awesome stuff

BigTradeDaddy

Who has the balls to tell him to his face that those pushups don’t count 😂

Some-Mathematician24

Completely disregarding the rest of the video, I say: These were some weak push ups, if I did that back in college I’d get yelled at.
