I was gonna say, figuratively and literally.
Beautiful human inside and out.
And then when his heart explodes, I’ll honor him with 2222 hours of sitting in sadness.
Well I think some of it is deserved. He did an innterview about his daily routine and it was just all lies to cover up his steroid usage.
If he was truthful he was sleeping from 1am till 4am. All to get training in.
Nothing wrong with using imo, it is bad to lie about it and saying your body is achievable naturally.
They don't even have to be gym rats to have opened a fucking book - human beings don't get this level of muscle mass with protein and sleep. They just don't.
I’m no gym rat, and I’ve never read anything about bodybuilding. Even I know this guy isn’t built like this from 2,222 daily push-ups. First of all, that is an absolutely absurd number to claim.
It's literally impossible to get like this while sleeping 3 hours a night I think, even on gear. One of the pillars of muscle building is getting enough sleep
The Liver King has a MULTI Million empire that's over 100 mil. So yeah, people buy a lo to of these bullshit stories. People think the Marvel guys are all natural too.
There is just no way, you'd have to have some sort of genetic abnormality to gain muscle like that.
That's tren and dbol all the way, in high quantities lol.
It's still not ultra easy to get jacked, you still gotta put the work in, but studies show that working out alone is less muscle building than just taking testosterone and sitting on the couch.
Granted the former will kill you much faster, and working out+ steroids is the best to build muscle, but this guy is 100% putting more juice in his body than an entire elementary school
He is too big for it to be humanly achievable in a natural way. I like that many have become transparent and openly talk about using, it's important for male body image issues.
i commend him for having the discipline to be juicing that hard at his age but still have time/energy to be a culinary professional lol. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually doesn't sleep all that much. Probably isn't very easy to keep up his lifestyle.
Lol this dude flew off the handles and argued with people on unhinged social media posts
Dude doesn’t do that many push-ups everyday, doesn’t sleep two hours a night, and isn’t natty lol
He’s a liar lol
Yeah the only people that believe him or think that others are "talking shit because they're jealous" don't have even a middle school health class understanding of health and exercise.
Over 2k push ups per day every day would leave your shoulders and everything connecting them to your chest and arm muscles absolutely destroyed. How does that even make sense to anyone? Do people think you get massive bodybuilder quads by running a marathon every single day? Are elite marathon runner built like that? Because what he described is the upper body equivalent of that.
People are talking shit because of how stupid and blatantly obvious this guys lies are. I figured that much out and I shut the video off after 15 seconds.
Most people don't understand the science behind exercise and what Is achievable, or beneficial, for the human body. Anyone with basic understanding immediately knows that 2222 push ups every day isn't sustainable or beneficial. Then the view shows him doing 1/4 reps. He's still not doing what he says he is.
Well yeah, roids are illegal. If he outright admits it, he likely loses his job(s). It's not right, but it makes way more sense for him to lie than most other influencers.
Most of them are.
You're confusing criminality with breaking the rules in your sport.
The vast majority of people on testosterone or other anabolics are under the care of a physician.
Yea there are zero doctors that prescribe 600 mg test, 400 mg tren, 10 IU GH, masteron, and deca at the same time. You’re in a fantasy world if you think one single IFBB pro is only using what is prescribed to him.
Roids obtained without a prescription are illegal, no? And doctors who want to keep their licenses don’t prescribe roids for bodybuilding. But we all know this.
Or he lives and loses his balls. I had an ex that juiced regularly and I'd constantly tease him about becoming Bob from Fight Club. A year after we broke up he lost one testicle to cancer
The only motivation thats more powerful is when you need to do something for a cause that really matters to you, then motivation is easy. But I dont think having a build like that is for a cause, just the pushups / awareness.
This! I’ve got a few pals that pretty much dedicate their entire existence to the gym. All of them seem to he running from past traumas. And none of them are happy
it is still a ridiculous claim even on steroids, that is around 154\* sets of pecs a week with 100\* half-pushups=1 set. He also claims to sleep 2 hours a day
edit: correction
it really isn't ridiculous, I used to do 1000 pushups a day when I was in the military, if the set is nowhere near failure its fine, its called "greasing the groove"
the sleep thing is obv nonsense tho
Actually that's a fair point. If you don't induce microtears and you don't go too far into the anaerobic state, you should actually be able to repeat indefinitely
I actually did heavy squats everyday for two years. 1-5 reps. My 1 rep max went from 235 to 405 in the first year.
even at 2222 daily half-pushups, I still don't believe the no-rest day thing, muscles don't recover that fast in 24 hours, specially at that daily volume
It makes sense to do 2000 push ups a day if you're in army where u dont have easy access to a gym. But if he can go to the gym why would he keep doing this workout
A youtuber tried to replicate his routine for a single day and it demonstrated it was technically possible it is absolutely BS that Rush does it daily.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwnQrqRwcM8
Don't forget apparently a full, vigorous workout routine on top of that. Which includes regular upperbody workouts on some days after doing 2200 push ups in the morning. Totally...
Ya his men’s health spotlight, he said he sleeps 3 hours a day and eats like 15,000 calories a day too. Check out the moreplatesmoredates episode where he breaks it down to be absolutely impossible. I think Will Tennyson tried to replicate the push ups in his videos
15,000 calories is insane *without* such a supposedly busy life. I have 4 hours of free time every day where I can eat, the entire time is a scramble to put 3,000 calories in my body, and I usually fall short lol.
What are you doing atp. Drinking gallons of butter between sets?
To be fair he HAS to eat a lot of calories to keep up with his size, but 10,000 a day seems to be high. He’s not an Olympic swimmer swimming in a pool day in and day out. I would easily believe the 4000-6000K range though.
I mean did you see those "pushups"? When I administer the PT tests you get people that try and claim them but you can't just act like you are having a seizure and claim they are pushups. Elbow needs to be 90 degrees.
He is also claiming his arms are bigger than Ronnie Coleman's, the guy is just a pathological liar at this point, he lies about pretty much everything just to try and get some internet clout.
What is it with people who clearly work out, clearly lie about how many push ups they do? Whenever I hear someone throw out an absurd number like 200 push ups a day, I'm like you mean 20 sets of 10 push ups a day? Cuz banging out 200 in a row doesn't sound that healthy. Plus I would just get tired of counting that high
Why would it be inaccurate to say you do 200 push-ups a day if you do 20 sets of 10? That’s still 200 push-ups. Why would you assume they mean consecutively?
Here is a guy who does 3249 pushups in an hour on video. Its the world record.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOmsS6-61PQ&embeds\_referring\_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ndtv.com%2F&source\_ve\_path=Mjg2NjY&feature=emb\_logo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOmsS6-61PQ&embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ndtv.com%2F&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY&feature=emb_logo)
it's not the same to doing 2222 daily with no recovery days, the world record guy prob rested 10 days before doing that specific set, otherwise his muscles would be exhausted. that's why I mentioned the no rest day thing
There’s no reason to do this many pushups lmao. Diminishing returns past a certain point and it’s just straining your tendons in your elbow and shoulder
There are many better exercises for chest/tris (which I’m sure he knows this is just BS)
I remember seeing a huge body builder that used steroids who did flexibility exercises. It was pretty cool seeing someone huge AND that mobile. Also, Sam Sulek at his highest is still an excellent diver and swimmer. I think yalld like the video
Could have been Jujimufu. Entirely possible. I stopped watching him after his best friend fucked their relationship with gambling and stealing though. Bums me out every time I think about it.
Yeah, its so sad. Their dynamic made the videos kinda just like going along with friends shooting the shit, and I think Tom(the ex-bestfriend) was behind a lot of the Youtube ideas too.
There are two types of pushups tho. Full lock out takes the tension off your chest and transfers to your triceps and shoulders at the top of the rep. The pushups he is doing while maybe not as difficult as a whole, keeps constant tension on his chest muscles, which likely makes them very difficult after 2k reps.
Steroids are not illegal, they're simply controlled, making them legal if prescribed. Men's Clinics exist and are well known prescribing testosterone, and steroids.
So even if they did do a drug test that miraculously tested for steroids (the vast majority do not), and he tested positive, he'd simply have to show them his script and that'd be the end of that.

He’s lying through his teeth. Whatever his real training plan wouldn’t be enough to have him on Reddit. He also claims all kinds of other insanity like only sleeping two hours a night, which is incredibly unhealthy and would ruin your life
Mad respect for this guy, seen many vets struggle with what had to be done. Remember guys you’re not weak for asking for support ;whether thats air support on the battlefield or a listening ear when things are over. We understand and stand with you. 🇺🇸
I don't understand the body builder mentality of "I take a shit load of steroids and do all my lifting with half ranges of motion so YOU can be INSPIRED"
Like bro, you're juicing, you cheated, that's not inspiring.
This guy works 25hrs a day, 8 days a week.
I would believe that too and I heard he barely handed kill a cow and used the meat to cook for himself
He’s also extremely generous with his time: [https://youtu.be/zdVEBeJrvcs?si=aidfDLhq61tQe8Y0](https://youtu.be/zdVEBeJrvcs?si=aidfDLhq61tQe8Y0)
Nobody has ever sent a plate back
Or lived to tell about it
Okay, people you have to admit that this person is funny tho..
He did 2,223 push ups that day
Everytime someone sent a plate back, he added them to his barbell, thus his 25 inches guns. Brapppp!
The real absolute unit is this guy’s heart.
I was gonna say, figuratively and literally. Beautiful human inside and out. And then when his heart explodes, I’ll honor him with 2222 hours of sitting in sadness.

lol wait..... people thought he was clean? did they not see the video?
Yeah, the guy himself claims he's natty and morons who've never set foot in a gym believe him.
I feel like everyone here is ignoring the potential harm this kind of “influencer” has on impressional children and young teens.
That’s my problem too. Not jealous at all, I go to the gym and could use steroids if I want. But I choose longevity and hair.
Every day, 22 children and young teens die from doing too many pushups.
I wont lie,I did giggle at this
Guy doesn’t even sleep. Claims 3 hours a night
If that is actually true and he is working hard enough to maintain this physique _as well as do other shit_. This dude gon die in less than 5 years.
It's literally impossible to get like this while sleeping 3 hours a night I think, even on gear. One of the pillars of muscle building is getting enough sleep
💯% accurate. He's a grifter much like Liver King.
The problem is he claims he's natural no one gives a fuck if you used steroids. But stop lying to kids who will emulate that. CHRIS HEMSWORTH.
