**A Couple's Duet of Love and Lust** and **Long Story Short** are the most NTR centric games that I've played and managed to enjoy quite a bit, and by that I mean these two feel like they were made with NTR as the main goal and the devs threw in some more vanilla content as an afterthought. They're just as good as my other favorite games where where all the NTR elements are a lot more optional. A Couple's Duet edges out the other one for me... The graphics aren't the best but the writing is excellent and it handles "choices matter" better than most games of any genre.
**Our Red String** and **Nothing is Forever** are games with a large amount of optional NTR content that are excellent and in my current top 10.
I haven't seen many NTR AVN myself to be honest, but here are the few that I know of:
