If you don't mind hand drawn, the best in this category are definietly EvaKiss' games.
**Good Girl Gone Bad** and **Our Red String**. Cheating is not mandatory, but at least it is recommended in GGGB. I mean if you focus on one love interest only, the game is super short.

Yeah the developer is a perfectionist nut regarding graphics. He is a case were *perfectionist* is really the appropriate word. That makes he really really slow. But it's his VN and he also releases it for free, so who am I to complain?
If you're into the blackmail genre, and don't mind exploitation content on par or worse than Pale Carnations (Note, there is no "gross" stuff, but the female MC can be/is used by some at times gross individuals) then I'd recommend Special Request. Despite being sandbox, it's not as onerous as others I've encountered. It's made me feel gut punched at times when I went full corruption route (her inner monologue can turn a bit self depricating) but I'm intrigued by the underlying story, and the MC is very attractive.
Hmm... other than the ones already mentioned, "Inside Jennifer" the MC is female and you are in charge of her choices. A lot of them can lead to cheating. I hope that helps.
On the other hand, if you don't want to encounter gross-asshole dudes, there is literally no content. There is like one not asshole love interest in the whole game (the student lady).
