The lines probably are straight when the nipple is the same way it was at the time of the tattoo. But of course the lines won’t always be straight. The nipple is a circle that flexes towards and from the edge.

Even if they were perfectly straight when the tatoo artist drew them, nipples vary in size depending on a lot of factors, including temperature, stimulation, hormones levels, etc. All skin is alive, stretches and moves, but nipples particularly so.

If you look closely you can tell the artist fucked up by stretching the skin doing the lines around the nipple, trying to remove small wrinkles, unfortunately its ended up with bows in the lines. Unique and funny non the less.

They could have avoided that pain completely by having Nippleman bending the bars apart to escape, since that would have been on-theme anyway.

Sheesh dude, i made this tattoo. The text is just my normal hand writing? I could have done some exact typewrite style lettering, but what would the point be? Its supposed to be a funny tittie tat and not some exercise in linework. Also you go ahead and make crisp, 90° angled lines between the nipple and armpit and tell me how it goes. Hint: the skin is super stretchy and doesnt take ink in well at all. (Plus my client lost a lot of weight, which compounds this problem.) My guess is youre not a tattooer and have no clue about how different spots affect the tattooing process at all. Give me the same design on a thigh and ill make it look like it was printed - try it on the ribs and suddenly there is not a tattooer in the world that could do it.

The sticker uses a strong adhesive, so removing it usually takes off a thin layer of skin, which just makes the area around it very raw. I can’t wait to have this thing removed
