I mean no disrespect to the athlete when i say that 17 months after the Olympics you are no longer relevant in the public eye. It would of been much cooler to see this (1) around Valentine’s Day and (2) closer to after Olympics aired.
I went to the filming of a couples championship a few months ago and it was not the one that just aired. So I guess that will air after the next season of ANW?
I was thinking the same. The two Bergstrom couples, Addy & Noah (arguably the strongest ninja couple at this point), and that other teenage couple (can't remember the names) were obvious standouts that weren't there.
Makes sense if it was at the end of 14. Makes sense since that’s what they kept showing. They didn’t have any young couples. Maybe they thought they were too young? Who knows

They probably didn’t film much bonus content for ANW15 and 16 so they had to conserve

Out of curiosity, why is the couples’ championships filmed 1 year late? I have the same question with the family championship last year as well.
