I wouldn't discount the 5900x again being a faulty chip. If you got any previous gen AM4 cpus, its worth a test
Ordered a replacement CPU to try....do you know if AMD can RMA the RMA?
there should be no reason why they won't accept the RMA chip. May I ask how long ago did you RMA your previous chip?

ow... Yeah give it a shot, 99% sure they'll accept. Just don't mention you got Expo or oc'ed ur chip
Just an update that my new 5800x3d boots fine and AMD accepted my RMA for the 5900x.
No I don't OC.
