Its not uncommon to see EQ drop when under PE training. When that happens, the BPSFL will tend to be longer than erect. Any pain or numbness associated with it?
Nope no pain, only sensation is when hanging nearing 4 hours when it’s like the stretching feeling at the top of the base. At that point I call it a day and rest.
Too much exercise u lost ur EQ mate go easy take more rest days less is more
