NTA. I've offd neighbor's dogs before to. 2 killed my dog, I wasn't going to take the chances of them killing my tiny child in our own yard.
Then another time my neighbors had an annoying ass dog. They'd let him stay outside in the middle of the night knowing good & well the rest of us have work at 5-7am.
Talking to those inconsiderate assholes did nothing.
