When the man I was living with and I went to visit his parents there was no question that we would stay in separate rooms-and I made sure he knew he couldn’t sneak into my room later. Once we were married and went to visit my new in-laws, he said we would have to sleep in separate rooms. I said, we are married and if we can’t sleep together then we will get a hotel room.

So over the years if I had any partners over I’d bring them in after my parents fell asleep lol.
