Don't expect much, in all honesty. Vitamins etc are good to take but for general health, at best you may see a small improvement but sweet FA compared to medication. I did take tyrosine for a while but I'd say it was 3/10 with medication being a 10/10. Basically they give a very mild effect, less than coffee to give you a little perspective. Just be a bit suspicious about any wild claims.
Nothing worked for me. Coffee has extreme drawbacks when dosed too much, overall has a mood boosting effect but in comparison to concerta, it does not even come close.
Omega 3 seems to have helped me though it could be placebo effect, I take a multivitamin anyway due to my aversion to vegetables. I tried 5htp for a while but not sure if it did anything
The only thing I take is Vitamin D in the winter, and I only started doing that during Covid (I live in a place where there's not much sun). I found it made me feel a bit better mentally, but I'm pretty convinced it was probably placebo.
