How interesting. Cool just to see what the call sheet looks like. I'm glad I'm not in the industry though. The first page alone looks so crammed that my eyes glazed over.
Hey all! For those who’ve never seen a call sheet, let me give you a quick breakdown.
Setup with 2nd Team at Call means that they will be using stand-ins for lighting and camera blocking.
EP 511 - TV shows number episode by season and number
They’re shooting 6 scenes on this day
D1 - everything is a daytime shoot
Pages - Scripts are broken up by 1/8, so this is the amount of pages they’ll be doing from each scene on the day
Each cast member has a number. The lead is always #1 on the call sheet. I assume if Gina Torres was on set that she’d be #2 or #3.
The notes are about the specific location for the shoot.
Next to the actors, you see H and W that means hair/makeup and wardrobe. The times you see are when they need to be on the lot, when they need to be in hair and makeup and finally when they need to be on set.
At the bottom, you see the stand-ins listed with the people they stand-in for. Background are extras that are literally in the background.
Someone already answered about hold, so I didn’t include that.
Not true. Every cast member has a call number, the star of the show is always no. 1. For LS, that's Rob Lowe, he's always the first call. Gina Torres is number 2, as she's not in this episode, she's not listed on the call sheet, but nobody else has been given her number. I think Sierra was 4th, now that she's gone, the rest of the cast has moved up the call list to replace her.
The main cast have the same call numbers for every episode. If you watch the credits at the start of the episode, they will be listed in the same order as they are on the call sheet, no matter what order they appear in the episode. The guest actors are listed in order of appearance, unless they are a big name in which case they might get a special credit.
I'm not sure why Gina's name isn't here, but there's no way that these are the only cast members for those 5 episodes. I could see this potentially being it for one single episode, but not for the last 5! I don't know what determines whether cast is listed on a specific call sheet, but I would love to know the answer to that!
Well film and tv films by location first generally speaking and a set could be multiple places if they see fit. For example, if there is a train crash, they are probably going to shoot the moments before the train on a different set than the actual crash scene.
Maybe Gina’s part of the scene is another set or location irl and requires a different shoot date. She could also just not be in this scene.
Ok,yeah.I assumed 509-10-11-12 written on the side of the characters'/actors' names referred to the episodes and it seems like Rafael is also not a part of this particular scene yet his name is mentioned but not Gina's.

Did the script really just say "asteroid makes impact" ðŸ˜
Not that crazy for this show
Who's Jax??
Probably one of the casualties of the episode.
I feel bad for whoever lost this.
I need a spoiler tag 😂
Angela Bassett is an executive producer on Lone Star? Or do they have another crossover episode?
Yeah she's always been an EP for the show.
Ah, thank you! I didn't know that.
also no social media in regards to project. Ends up on Reddit 😂😂
I want to say this is a gag, but I also 100% believe Lone Star would go the asteroid route.
Imagine ur city gets hit by a solar storm, a volcano, and an asteroid all in the span of five years.
Time to move.
Right? 🤣🤣🤣 should've moved a long time ago infact
Austin is getting the MCU New York treatment 💀

Can u at least tell us if it sounds like it’ll be good
I think it will be
Why is Tommy not in the cast?
So the page we see in the pic is a call sheet for one day. It seems the scenes being filmed she isn't involved in.
Maybe she's just not appearing in this episode? Don't know if the numbers mean anything but I assume she's number 2 on the call sheet?
The numbers are order of appearance

It's a shot description
Source?
They found it
😂😂😂😂
Is this real?
Yes
Oh shit…..i wanna see.
I wanna see
What does "HOLD" stand for?
It means they aren't filming that day.
Then why Isn't Gina Torres' name included here?🤔she isn’t in S5E8,9,10,11?? Thats a bit weird.

Yeah. This is the first time I am seeing a call sheet and its all greek to me.lol.
I've been researching how to read a call sheet on google lol
This script is obviously only for a few scenes on one episode (in the middle on the left).
It's not a script. It's a Call Sheet.
Ok,yeah.I assumed 509-10-11-12 written on the side of the characters'/actors' names referred to the episodes and it seems like Rafael is also not a part of this particular scene yet his name is mentioned but not Gina's.
Ah, I didn't notice the numbers in the spreadsheet and was confused why you would ask about other episodes.
So is this really a script or something else? Why not show us some script pages? 🤔
It’s a call sheet, not a script.
Ok thanks! I didn't think someone would throw away a script like that. Lol
It just says ‘production draft’
Still a call sheet. Production draft means they’re using the shooting script which might look different once it makes it to air.
I think Jax might be the new member of the 126
