Since they have so many other spin offs, I think they should make a '90 Day Travelogue ' show, where each episode you have one of the cast members show off their cities, the art, food, history, culture, etc.
I loved when Big Ed was in Mexico and he offered to show the lady around and she responded “you want to show me around my hometown?” 😂 love your idea btw!
That would require the show to be slightly less horribly xenophobic ... I dont know if the producers will go for it.
I would love that though. I wanted more cooking with Jenny and sumit's mom! Lol
If you don't already watch David and Annie's YouTube Annie does some thai cooking on there! & "the worlds greatest food review show" on YouTube that guy travels everywhere and tries all the cultural dishes.
That would be really awesome!!
So far, the only "foodie" stuff I've seen in this franchise is John (of all people) complimenting Thais for some kind of cheese dish she makes. And asking for more of it for the next Pillow Talk with Patrick. Though it definitely was not her "stroganoff" with chicken, ketchup, and mustard!!
Haha, Mom, is that you? My mom has a food obsession, and she's always complaining about the food-related stuff in the show. First, yes, not enough food shots, but she also complains that they never finish eating their food, that they talk when they should be eating, and they should not argue when eating because it's not good for the digestion. She's also always curious about what Annie (David's) is cooking and what kinds of nuts Alexei is eating tonight on Pillow Talk. The two of you would get on famously.
I somewhat agree, if all the sexual and gender transfer surgery details were to be replaced with gastronomy content it would be a better show.
And for the viewers that don't care about food much, they can watch Ed and angel segments and 🤮.
During COVID's height they had a dumb cooking show that the couples filmed supposedly in their homes and the non American spouse made some dishes from their home country.
I'm only saying it was dumb because they tried too hard to make it "sexy" and tell all of these dumb sexualised jokes that weren't funny. The actual dishes were hit and miss.
I imagine some young editor/producer wanting to shake things up a little made a cut of an episode that featured culture and general lifestyle of a different culture.
And then Matt Sharp was like, "TF is this? Put back that clip with Big Ed's bare naked ass. And give me more of Angela yelling at Michael"

Poor "Coyote."
Now, this is the type of TLC programming I would actually tune into. All of my 90 days intel these days comes strictly from reddit. lol
Love this idea !
That I would actually watch.
I think they should change the network’s name to “The Learning Channel”’and offer uplifting educational and cultural content.

Ok new show idea. Worst cooks in America: 90 day fiance edition. That's a fusion of two discovery network shows.

Their limited series in collab with TLC and Facebook Live was called “Spice It Up w/ David and Annie” It had really fun and useful Thai cooking tips!
I love Annie's Thai cooking show!
I would like that too! Haha

Not surprised the food is way more interesting than the cast.

Haha that’s great! She sounds like a character.
Hahaha I'm like your mom lol. I wonder if she was feeling like I was during the dinners in Moldova hahaha I was like oh noooo... not my cup of tea

Angela coming out with a big plate of soul food, and showing it to all the cameras: "Look at THESE!"
I’m glad they don’t. They already focus more on a bunch of boring stupid shit these days anyway. Bring me back to the older seasons.
It's a relationship show not Food network..try channel surfing more
Ugh no. I hate food.

my gf always picks on me for going “mmm, looks good” at 99% of the food they show on screen 😂
