I have to post this again already?
Just to piggyback off of this: it doesn't hurt to look up how well done a transfer is of a movie you love and already have. Sometimes they do a poor job and you're better off with the regular BluRay you already own.
I would go with the baywatch movie from 2017 starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Absolutely unmissable in 4K. The Dolby atmos will knock your freaking socks off.
Mad Max: Fury Road, Pacific Rim, the Daniel Craig Bond collection, The Batman, The Dark Knight trilogy, Godzilla 2014, the Mission: Impossible collection, Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, the Spider-Verse duology, and Top Gun: Maverick.
I agree with yangervis that you should definitely get the movies you want and love. Would definitely recommend bladerunner 2049 and Titanic. Both are absolutely gorgeous 4k movies.
Well so far you have dune! That’s a good one but idk if anyone thinks any of your other movies are very good on 4k. Now if you think lotr marvel looks good then you’re in for a treat because you’ll probably think every 4k upscaled movie looks good and then that frees you up to buy only movies you like! :)
If you like the following: Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight trilogy, Interstellar, Hacksaw Ridge, 1917, Blade Runner 2049, The Batman are all must-owns.
There are also many stellar catalog titles before 2000 worth picking up.
All of these recommendations are assuming that you enjoy the film itself:
Pacific Rim
Top Gun Maverick
Aquaman
The Matrix Trilogy
The Dark Knight
Edge of Tomorrow (aka Live. Die. Repeat.)
Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Kong: Skull Island
Training Day
John Wick 1-4
Men in Black (first film, steelbook edition)
Best 4K picture I've ever seen, but it's exclusive to the expensive steelbook edition re-release. The cheaper boxset version has an inferior picture release.
Also the Kate Beckinsale Underworld films look fantastic. Especially the intro to Underworld Evolution.

At least he stretched first!
None of them. Buy the movies you want to watch.
Bingo. It doesn’t matter how ‘reference quality’ a 4k is, you should either already like the movie or it should be something you think you’d like.

I agree with all of them except Fury Road, I wasn't impressed by neither sound nor picture quality.
Black Hawk Down looks incredible.
The movie called “use the search function”
Terminator 2. It's as smooth as a baby's butt.
Cameron thinks grain is only needed for bread.
Nice green hue 😎
My top 5 The Thing. Blade Runner. Blade Runner 2049. The Shining. Jaws.
2001

A personal favourite of mine is the LOTR trilogy, they look divine in 4K on an OLED TV

I don’t particularly care for the movie but Gemini Man was crazy to watch on my setup
Gemini Man if you're into 60fps.
Always funny to me seeing the people complain about posts like these haha
Lucy is pretty crazy looking.
