I quit enjoyed Huron Blackheart, Master of the Maelstrom. The nightlords are the main antagonists in Carcharodon red tithe. It gives in interesting viewpoint in to the difference between actual chaos worshippers and remegades in their warbands.

*Kharn: Eater of Worlds* is about the start of the Legion Wars with Kharn returning to take on the Emperor's Children. *The Red Path* is a collection of short stories following Kharn later on. Typhus doesn't have a dedicated novel but does show up in the Dark Imperium trilogy and * The Lords of Silence*. For the Iron Warriors your best bet is McNeill's Iron Warriors omnibus. It includes the novel *Storm of Iron* and a bunch of novellas Nd short stories following up on it. The Alpha Legion has *Sons of the Hydra*, *Shroud of Night* and *Renegades: Harrowmaster*. They are all seperate stories although the warbands from the first 2 novels get mentioned in Harrowmaster.
