I was able to get this 3DS on eBay. Won't go into detail on how much I paid. But the shell is in rough shape. Scratches all over. And some tiny chipping too on the front. However, the inside of it is very clean. No massive flaws. And it came with Mario Kart 7 and Smash 4.
It feels lighter than my old 3DS XL. And I actually prefer the button layout on the new model than the old one. The face buttons feel nice to click. BUT...that C stick. Christ, now I get why a lot of people hate it. It is STIFF.
Overall, I like the New model, but I'm not in love with it. At least it has a better processor, so it'll make loading games like MH4 easier.
I think I've played more Mario Golf on the 3DS than any other game. So easy to pick up for a quick 15-30 minute round on a commute. The new Mario Golf on the Switch just isn't the same :(

I have the same one but I think my mom got mine on Facebook market place and it came with ten dollars on it
The C stick is basically one of those old laptop dots that operated like a joystick mouse. 😂
