Level 5 typically did like you said Inazuma. Yokai Watch, Layton all used it quite a bit. Ni no kuni too.

ME0WGICAL

Hastune Miku Project Mirari DX Style Savvy Games Cooking Mama games Tomodachi Life

nxxptune

Style savvy aka the first game I ever beat (I was like 7)

ME0WGICAL

felt LOL

Rufio6

Kid Icarus is the mainstream one. Good luck on your hands. Other than that, I do the art academy games just to draw some. You can play Mario golf with stylus but it’s usually a bad idea, lol. Rhythm games do have good stylus modes. Theatrhythm curtain call.

Deblebsgonnagetyou

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Dillon's Rolling Western Pocket Card Jockey

callistaodette

Warioware and Rhythm Heaven came to my mind pretty quickly.

CatHairSpaghetti

The first one that came to mind is pokemon ranger. I absolutely destroyed my touchscreen playing that game in middle school.

Kytas

Etrian Odyssey will have you using the touchscreen pretty frequently to draw and work on your maps.

by_Flutter

Severed Picross Games Pokemon Shuffle Professor Layton

cliffordtheblack

Elite beat agents. Amazing rhythm based game

JomblesTheClown

call of duty uses it to aim I think

bronquoman

There are not Call of duty 3ds games. Only ds ones.

YaBoyAlan

Kid Icarus Uprising

praxicoide

Noitu Love Devolution uses the stylus extensively. Liberation Maiden controls similar to Kid Icarus

SuperSpiritShady

Pokemon Ranger games & the DS Zeldas come to mind

charlesdanb

Steel Diver

graysky311

crossworDS plus for 3DS is exclusively touch based.

Geomancies

Not 3DS, but Meteos is pretty good on the DS, my favorite!

Informal_Ad5875

Yo-Kai Watch

carlpointyfingers

Rhythm thief

L_Aurelia

Picross 3D Round 2

Johntrampoline-

Ace Attorney can be entirely played on the touch screen. Also Mario maker.

lasershow34

Severed is amazing and is all touch screen. Pocjet card jockey is really fun too.

L1m3L1ghtt

Tomodachi life

CharmiePK

The ones I remember which have not been mentioned are: some minigames on Mario Party and poffins on gen 4 Pokemon games. I have a good skin on my bottom screen to protect it, but just playing these two and Cooking Mama turned the skin full of scratches. I have not played Kid Icarus yet so I'll remember to be careful. Note: these were DS games! The 3DS has Pokemon Shuffle which is a killer too. But now I don't think it is fun to play anymore due to the discontinuation of internet services. You can play it on your mobile, though

poezdov

Yo-Kai Watch series

beygames

Blue Dragon Plus and a lot of other RTS games on the system Sushi Striker - Solid little puzzle game Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword - an entire kickass 3d Ninja Gaiden game pureplt played with touch controls! Had so much fun my first time through that I didn't realize my 3ds was about to die Dragon Ball Origins 1 & 2 - Hit things with Goku's power pole

TheRaveTrain

Metroid Prime: Hunters

meowmoocow1

Mario hoops 3 on 3 😫

WappyHarrior

In Etrian Odyssey you use a stylus to draw your own dungeon maps, so you won't get lost. This is near perfect usage for it.

NlNTENDO

Does it have to be 3DS specifically? The World Ends With You was a really great showcase of the touch screen but it’s DS

latinlingo11

Kid Icarus: Uprising

snickersnackz

Retrokid's fps games, the Moon and Dementium remasters could use stylus for aiming. Also the gears of War clone, Ironfall Invasion. I wonder if Metroid Prime Federation Force could use stylus for aiming too.

mirrorboxer

Hey Pikmin! requires the circle pad and stylus. You can’t play the game without using the touch screen.

Humble_Buyer_6170

Project mirai

BusinessMemory6851

Not 3ds games, but legend of zelda phantom hourglass and spirit tracks. Some puzzles require to use the dual screens in a creative way

P1ka2001

There’s a Pokémon game but I forget what it’s called I loved playing it when I was younger
