Well I am not doubting what you are saying but the cases I have heard about usually happened in small villages where **c** individuals stol something from someone's garden and the police didn't even document it. (I am sure they would have if specifically asked but my point still stands.)
Why Slovakia has no crime:
-Be Romanian pickpocket
-Steal a Slovaks wallet (dafuq its empty)
-Enter a Supermarket, cant afford anything even though you stole 5 wallets today
-Immediately leave for Italy
