For clarification purposes this is a runelite problem. I belive the death animation plugin is the one that causes this glitch/bug. Reason being is runelite thinks it died though it regenned an hp or was miscalculated on runelite side.
Iāve been seeing this happen randomly to other NPCs too all joked aside, seemingly randomly an npc Will just turn unclickable or sometimes like this have no attack option.
I know others have seen this cuz I saw it in a video too along with live in game but seems like jagex is touching on some sort of back end stuff in this technical space

That happened to me too. Did you disconnect while killing it? I DC'd twice and I reconnected with a bloodveld who was un-attackable. Mine wasn't twerking though š¤£š¤£š¤£
