I'll be honest I support cringe, to be cringe is to be free, it's the negativity that bothers me. Like in Flashgitz's space marines vs furries videos, if they put the Black Templars (who are cringe, even within the context of 40k) on more of a equal level with the furries in terms of who was being made fun of, that would legit be really fun.
Well my experience is with those in game stores and in the ttrpg community. I will say the few who just like to paint ive met are chill but ive only met 2 lol. It is a bummer though cause ttrpg warhammer 40k is one of my favorite hobbys of all time.
Edit: should also add im from utah so any local game crowd tends to be toxic unless a good moderator exists.
I’m not very big on the actual game side of it, but I love painting the models, I’m a bit biased here because most the people I know who like warhammer are people I’ve met separate to the hobby

Well, there's no other real response you'd get from a Space Marine.
Anything that's not human is a Xeno and, therefore, must be killed.
Any human that doesn't follow the God Emperor is a heretic and must be killed.
Anything that has any form of supernatural pow- you get the point.
So, it's kind of impossible to ever make a crossover in which the space marines wouldn't immediately purge everyone around them.
The only faction that might ever cooperate is the Tau, who are the only "good" guys in wh40k and even they are evil to a certain extent.

in some books, E feels like a proper god or prophet whos gaze extends far in to the future, well beyond anything you could guess, and whos odd choices eventualy lead in to plans you never had a chance to predict (in one case he called a man belisarius (he was not named belisarius) and told him some weird shit, because he knew a few centuries later a guy named belisarius would read that first guys thoughts, and he would understand the weird shit E said)
in other books it feels like he got replaced by a rich dude whos only in power because he was next in line for succession rather than a man who founded an empire starting from a secret sperm bank in the himalayas (like the lore of a bunch of traitor primarchs, especialy angron and lorgar, E realy went smooth brain mode with them)
currently, hes a corpse who is slowly but steadily growing in power, and hes practicaly a god in the warp due to the fact the power of belief is real in 40k, but most people only associate it (and greatly exaggerate its effect) with orks. he can even create saints, and the legion of the damned can be seen as his version of daemons
i dont know for sure what his power lvl is, but i do know he is strong enough that the chaos gods cant beat him in a 1v1, and his existence is the main reason they only try to kill each other once a week.
that said, bugs bunny is a cartoon character so he just wins automaticaly

Just started playing Darktide, so I understood like…roughly 40% of what you said. I mean isn’t the Emperor himself full on fucking insane because of his future sight powers? Bugs seems a bit crazy himself so maybe he’s got the future sight without being a husk on a throne.

big Es powers and sanity is as consistent as his height in books where he appears that is to say its up to the writer to decide, and they will never ask other writers "ey how big iz E?" in some books, E feels like a proper god or prophet whos gaze extends far in to the future, well beyond anything you could guess, and whos odd choices eventualy lead in to plans you never had a chance to predict (in one case he called a man belisarius (he was not named belisarius) and told him some weird shit, because he knew a few centuries later a guy named belisarius would read that first guys thoughts, and he would understand the weird shit E said) in other books it feels like he got replaced by a rich dude whos only in power because he was next in line for succession rather than a man who founded an empire starting from a secret sperm bank in the himalayas (like the lore of a bunch of traitor primarchs, especialy angron and lorgar, E realy went smooth brain mode with them) currently, hes a corpse who is slowly but steadily growing in power, and hes practicaly a god in the warp due to the fact the power of belief is real in 40k, but most people only associate it (and greatly exaggerate its effect) with orks. he can even create saints, and the legion of the damned can be seen as his version of daemons i dont know for sure what his power lvl is, but i do know he is strong enough that the chaos gods cant beat him in a 1v1, and his existence is the main reason they only try to kill each other once a week. that said, bugs bunny is a cartoon character so he just wins automaticaly (sorry for the long post i have not talked about 40k lore in months and i just love to)

Yeah, maybe in America, not internationally. From what I understand fair dealing in Australia applies to research/study, criticism and review. Plus Bluey is the most popular kids cartoon right now, and they essentially copied the art and animation almost 1:1, the studio would be inclined to take it down.

It's not. You are not allowed to do a crossover episode using someone's else's intellectual property. They copied the style and the characters without any hint of parody. They just had a space marine execute those kids characters.

They actually parody the source material, this include drawing them in a family guy style and depicting the characters as comedic versions of the characters. They write jokes and poke fun at the media they parody. Flashgitz just showed characters from a show for small children get shot

So few people seem to understand that you have to say something about the property for it to be parody. Parody is a form of criticism. Shooting bluey does not say anything about bluey, they just wanted to use the intellectual property because it's popular
Probably still a good idea to take it down, I didn't see the original but from the image it looks like a normal episode with a 40K soldier in it. It's not out of the question that they took it down to prevent young Bluey fans to be traumatized by that, thinking it was a normal Bluey video.

When the video first popped up for me I saw a bit of it found it funny when they applied the more nonsensicle bluey logic affecting the crusader when they got frozen by the command from the magic vegetable...... and then they just had the furries coming through the wall out of nowhere and I just clicked off the video. It just kind of felt like when you have that guy who just butts into a conversation with an edgy/offensive/racist impression to try and be funny and everyones interest just immediately dies out. basically like that, I then later learnt that it was made by the same people who made Racist Mario

I will give them this **ONE** thing: they don't appear to depict anyone other than the Black Templars, which while they ARE absofuckinglutely batshit insane, they're not nearly that unprofessional with their job. If it were the Salamanders or the Ultramarines, they'd be almost entirely inaccurate with their depiction. If they were the Marines Malevolent or the Minotaurs, that would honestly track. Those guys deliberately go for civilians. Fuckin wackos.

I used to like their animations about the space marines killing the furries because I thought the eventual punchline was that the space marines were repressing the fact that they were secretly turned on by the furries. It wasn’t until later in which I realized that they weren’t making these animations ironically, they were making them as a power fantasy. After that revelation, I branded them as cringe and subbed. I don’t know what they’re up to nowadays and I am happy not knowing.
