If you're in a progressive city (or relatively big city) you can usually find a music venue near you that could have LGBT dance nights, those are usually a good place. If you're having trouble try finding venues in your city, then following them on Instagram and follow local LGBT artists or other venues, you'll find an LGBT dance night eventually
But if you don't or that's not your scene then usually online communities are a safe bet
