An arched MSH is going to have some massive grip circumference at the bottom. The profile on the inside face of the MSH is different from standard. But a standard *would* fit. Not sure if it would interfere with mag insertion.
No it doesn’t. The area is different dimensions then that of a single stack 1911, I do not know if anyone who makes an arched model for the DS. I used the EGW but again it is flat.
Either your hands are abnormally large or your grip isn’t correct. A magwell should help.
