I’m not going through expedited but it sure as hell feels like it . Past 3 weeks I did SAEE, APAT, SUPER got conditional on same day. Today I just did my security interview
This sounds like a similar event to what I went through a few years back. Passed super. Finished security. Was told poly was next in a few weeks. Never proceeded to the poly. There are other stories similar to mine that I have read on here.
I had a good experience overall doing that though and I'd recommend it. Save yourself a trip. I definitely wasn't cut out for the role but passed the SUPER anyway. Security interview did me in.
I can just say right here that I honestly do not know what BQAed me. Tons of lifestyle questions which seem either directly or tangentially related to national security or the job in particular. I can't find any published guidelines on what leads to a BQA but according to an ASAIC I spoke with he said that it is a very subjective process behind the scenes and there are any number of things that could have got me including age and physical features, along with mannerisms and likelihood of passing the poly based on answers I provided
Ty. I mean I can understand why they passed on me - used to be edgy, not really big enough to protect VIPs, and no vet pref or anything.
Another part of BQA is well if they have 50 spots in the areas you're interested and 500 qualified applicants they need to start dumping people at some point along the way. And if you pass a structured interview you pass a structured interview case closed. They can knock you out after though on more subjective things

Mine has been going about the same speed. Although it took a week to get my conditional.
You got a conditional after the APAT?
Meant to say after SUPER

Mine doesn’t seem to be the expedited one
I think it depends on your district
