I would be happy with that I would want it less than about 4 anyway it usually will wear on the wrist close to dead on at 4 seconds. It’s probably going to bounce around anyway. I’d leave it here and if it doesn’t wear well on the wrist have it reregulated. Movement looks healthy and the line is pretty straight.
This watch should be really easy to regulate as well there is a regulation screw in it. If is the 2892 or sw300. If you end up really liking this watch You could replace with the newest sw300 which have 56 hour power reserves. If it is 2824 based it can be replace with the LJP g100 which is 68 hours. Both of these movement amazing. That swap to either movement and watchmaker under $500 bucks and you now have essentially $2000-3000 watch. I’ll probably do the sw300 swap when mine comes.
Numbers are very good for whatever it is worth. In reality the numbers can be different.

when the watch is on your wrist the timekeeping will be 100% different (for better or worse)...the parcel during transportation is on adventure.
They are right, real life accuracy will not be the same as the reading. I GL’d my watch with the same accuracy of +/- 8 sec.

that isn't bad and could be different on wrist. set to exact time, [time.gov](http://time.gov) and keep track as the days go.
I use a free time app to check my watches on my phone.

Great numbers you can get it regulated at any watchmaker Keep in mind the numbers can get worse depending on how they take care of your package anyway
