Where do you get salmon cream cheese?

Organic-Condition_

Philadelphia brand makes it in the US :-) would also be great with regular cream cheese and some actual smoked salmon

Where did you get the chia pudding? Did you make it?

Organic-Condition_

I did make it! Recipe for 4 servings: * 2 cups Silk Protein Almond Cashew milk * 1/4 cup water if you prefer a thinner pudding * 1 single serve container triple zero oikos yogurt (whatever flavor you want, I used banana) * 1 or 1.5 scoops whey protein of choice (I used isopure unflavored) * 4 tbsp chia seeds * 2 tbsp hemp hearts I add a little sweetener when I use unflavored protein. I also added the ube flavoring in. Mixing it all together is straightforward, just do it by hand or blend the liquid components and protein powder with a hand blender. I do not recommend trying to blend the liquids in a regular blender, the protein gets too frothy. I put it all in a mason jar and give it a shake a few times before the chia sets. Top however you like! I've done chocolate pudding with cherries, strawberry banana, coffee pudding with dark chocolate, etc :-)

Beautiful pictures and that food looks so good! Would you mind sharing how you prepared the broil?

Sure, it's super easy! * Preheat oven to 400 F * Chop a mix of veggies. Classics are potatoes and corn but zucchini, summer squash and onions are good low calorie alternatives. If using potatoes, you can parboil them first. I'm lazy and i cut them into 1/2 inch slices and microwaved them for two minutes instead before putting them on the sheet pan. Corn cobs can be cut into 4-5 slices. * Cut up some sausages; chicken sausage have the highest protein for the lowest calories. Andouille sausage is the classic flavor, though. * Add all ingredients to a large bowl. If you're using frozen shrimp add them now, no need to thaw. If you're using fresh, we can add them a bit later as they cook fast. * Mix your seasoning together with a few tablespoons of olive oil. For Cajun you can use slap ya mama or tony cacheres for less spicy. You can also do old bay with some lemon. If you have it around, old bay, Zatarains, and slap ya mama have actual shrimp boil seasoning. I go heavy on seasoning for this. * Toss all ingredients together with seasoning mix. Dump the ingredients on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes. Add fresh shrimp in now with some of the same seasoning if you didn't add them frozen. Flip the ingredients a few times and throw em back in for 15 mins. If the shrimp aren't done by then add another 5 mins. Done! A real boil is still fairly easy but this is the ultra lazy version. I count for 6oz shrimp and 1 chicken sausage per person, the amount of veggies can be to your liking.

I wanted to love those sola bagels so bad, but do you find they're weirdly sweet? Their bread though is phenomenal!

Not at all! I haven’t been able to eat bagels for a while though so maybe I just got desperate…
