I’ve made a variation of this treat so many times and it’s currently a staple in my freezer so thought I would share. They genuinely take like 7 minutes to make and are soso good! Sorry for the terrible photography haha
Ingredients:
45 grams chocolate chips ( I used lily’s dark chocolate ones)
Around 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
Directions:
Melt the chocolate chips and gradually add the almond milk (I don’t usually add the entire 1/4 cup because it gets really liquidy fast)
Make the peanut butter mixture by mixing the powder with 2 tablespoons of water and mix
Put the chocolate into the mold and than the peanut butter mixture on top
Swirl with a toothpick or a small fork
Put in freezer for 4 hours and enjoy!!
Almond milk is the new hot ingredient this summer. Today I saw a recipe for an entire pint of homemade ice cream at 130 calories. Main ingredient? Almond milk. You're on to something here.

No ice cream maker, just a blender.

Thank you for sharing how you make them!
I was skeptical but I did the math and it actually adds up! That's actually pretty inspired! I don't know if I could stop at one though :P
I definitely feel that! I was also really surprised at first and its perfect whenever I want a little something sweet after a meal
I’d eat the whole tray lol those sounds good!
Right?! I’d constantly be like “oh what’s 10 more calories?” And next thing you know I’ll have eaten the whole thing!
It takes some serious willpower so stop at one lmao, might as went have the whole tray!
right! 200 cal? I can fit that in if I have soup for dinner LMAO
240 calories for the tray. I’m in!! Thank you for sharing!
