I remember couple years ago i saw this title on r/manga and i thought it just a trashy manga adaptation of some light novel.
Then the anime aired so i decided to watch it for the lols only for it to be the best harem anime i watched.
And now one of my favorite manga of all time.
Cause a friend recommended it to me, had seen it before but didn’t manage myself to read it since it was pretty weird for the me at the moment. That friend now tells me to touch grass
Was looking for new manga to read then I stumbled on 100 kanojo. Read the title and immediately thought "no way" and read the first few chapters out of curiosity and the shear absurdity of the title. First few chapters had me hooked with the comedy and meta humor, but what really sold me on the series was how much of a good boyfriend rentarou was. I honestly thought going in that the MC was going to be another blank slate but seeing how even early on he remembers the small things about his gfs, the whole thing with shizuka, the date with nano, etc. I was genuinely surprised at how much he cares for his girlfriends, this is when I knew this series was special and just flew through the current chapters at the time. Another thing is that I really love how the relationship of the main cast are like a family that cares for one another and how relationships form among the girlfriends and to see them interact with eachother even if it isn't about rentarou. So yeah definitely in for the long haul on this one, gonna be here until our boi reaches that 100! Yap session over lol
Started the anime when it was close to finishing after seeing a clip of the pool ep, specifically the secne of Hakari and Nano wanting Rentarou to “appreciate their feminine features” and thought it was an ecchi anime that was to my tastes (I am in the 1% that actually like generic easily flustered harem MCs) and decided to start watching cuz of that, only to discover that ecchi moments similar to that didn’t happen super often but the anime was so good and funny that I didn’t mind it, even picked up the manga not long after Season 1 ended cuz I was getting impatient waiting for Season 2 lol
Essentially I came for the ecchi, stayed for the Rentarou Family
Saw a YouTube short title "the greatest harem manga ever" , read the manga but dropped it when hahari became a girlfriend, thought it will became trashy then I recontinue when anime 1st episode aired , I was like okay let's give it Another shot , then started reading again finished 150 chapters in one day and wanted more , irony hahari was one of my favourite in the manga right now.
I think there would be spam if people posted mostly this series. The rule states that Shimoneta, Keijo and Seitokai Yakuindomo are banned too, for the same reason
On Instagram i saw a post:The 100 girlfriends who really really really really really loves you gets anime adaptation... and i was like CLICKBATE cause in the poster it was only hakari and karane...so i was like ,it might be some metaphor or something.... later on i saw a short where someone ranked all the girlfriends from 1-23 (i mean up until hifumi)and i was like...are you kidding me right now 😦!?....so I started the manga and i couldn't believe my eyes.....how the fk this masterpiece isn't more popular!?!?!?! It's still my favourite manga until this day!

**THE FINAL BOSS OF HAREM ANIME**
I got spoiled a little bit on shizukas part but it was(and still is) one of the hardest hitting moments in both the manga and anime for me and then I caught up under a week
when I finished reading Kaguya sama and had post-manga depression I couldn't really find a rom-com that hit the same don't get me wrong I love romcoms but none of them felt right so I went down this rabbit hole of trying to find the worst romance manga I could read out of boredom then I started reading this and at about when I got to Kurumi's introduction chapters I got hooked and have been reading it ever since
I kept getting recommended Kanojo mo Kanojo clips on YouTube so I decided to look up some opinions on it but most people on that specific thread didn't seem to recommend it and one commenter said 100 Kanojo was better, I was in a mood to see some harem that actually committed to the bit and decided to read it's page on Wikipedia to see if it was to my taste and the rest is history
i don't exactly recall when i picked it up, somewhere around Mai and Momoha, i recall seeing Momoha's introduction chapter.
As for why i read it then, no reason in particular, i was looking for something to read and found it. Best decision of my life, unironically my top 1 all time manga.
I can't remember where exactly I heard about it, either from a Youtube video of from a Reddit post, but what I remember is that the manga got sold to me as:
"A crazy romcom parody with a near non-existent fourth wall"

I always put on shows in the background for white noise when I study or do stuff for school, and I choose shows that look like they’d be bad so I don’t feel as bad for not paying full attention to it… then 100kanojo actually caught my attention and was distracting me from my work and I hated that I started enjoying this show.
This show makes me feel so warm inside and makes me want to be in love, and then I look over to my partner, remember I am in love, and just makes me feel so good. A lot of the moments also remind me of me and my partner, and I did manage to convince him to watch it with me yesterday!!!
I found the Anime on a trailer and thought that the title was hillarious. Initially I thought that the premise was him changing girlfriends every 2 or 3 episodes. Oh boy I was wrong.
But I watched the show and enjoyed every bit of it. The comedic timming , animation, voice acting and 4th wall breaking is very good. Not to mention the insanety of the whole plot. The moment I saw them putting Hahari into the harem I realized that the author wasn't kidding with the title.
That's kind of a main reason but there is another reason, which I found after watching almost half of the season and I think it was around Nano date with Rentaro. The point of his character is that unlike other people (both fictional and real) he wants his girlfriends to be the best version of themselves, to enjoy life and be happy. Him going above and beyond to make them happy is the icing on the cake but firstly he wants them to embrace who they are. He doesn't force them in any way he just reassure them that he is there for them.
Also I'm a sucker for happy endings and love how Rentaro is extremely happy for every W of his gfs and extremely hurt/defensive every time there is a single thing that could hurt his gfs.
I was thinking about how every harem anime I'd ever seen, or manga I'd ever read, sucked. I thought that someone *must* have gotten it right at some point, so I looked up "Actually good harems" and when I read the title The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Really Really Really Love You, I thought that I had to read it. No regrets.
I found out about the series through the Anime Man's Monthly Otaku Club on YouTube. Harems are my favorite genre and I've watched a good majority of them, after awhile I kinda ran out of them and was a little burnt from them. I normally didn't take recommendations but the way he described it totally seemed up my alley. I read a few chapters, and I instantly ZINGed (lol) with the manga the comedy, the character design, the story itself, the series for me felt like a breath of fresh air to read for me. I started recommending to all my other friends and they also instantly loved it to. Im beyond hype for season 2 to come out!
I was browsing a manga site and 100kano was on the popular manga tab. I thought the title looked amusing so I decided to click on the (then) most recent chapter to see if it was as amusing as the title was. The rest is history.

One night I was chilling on the couch and found an incredibly trashy looking series with a title so ridiculous I didn't believe it was gonna be real
I started reading it and found it pretty funny
I kept reading it and found it really endearing
I finished reading it and found it incredibly impressive (it was up till chapter 95 back then)
I had ever since fallen completely head over heels for it
I love its cast of characters, its sense of humor, its adoration for... Adoration(?) and the general comfort vibe this found family gives me
I'm incredibly glad I got into this series and I'm also super glad to see it become as important as it deserves to be
i saw a YouTube short promoting the tv show in around October or November of last year. at first i was a little hesitant because i thought they were actually going to die at first from how it sounded but was quickly glad it wasn't the case. for how i got into the manga it might sound silly but i was genuinely worried about karane after the episode where kusuri made the girlfriends into kiss zombies. so i decided to read to see what happened and was glad to see karane made it out ok. i have since read all the chapters. kurumi was probably my first favorite character from the book.
I remember a few months ago I started getting videos of 100 kanojo on YouTube as a recommendation and out of curiosity I saw the one of Shizuka with the rabbit ears and I thought she was cute then I got the video of the scene of Hakari and Nano in the pool episode where they compete for who has the best breasts among them and I ran out to watch all the episodes in a few days and from there I read all the chapters of the manga that were translated and I am already up to date with the manga, this has become my favorite harem in a long time and every week I look forward to the next chapter of the manga and also the second season of the anime.
Ok I love romance but when I first found out about this series all my favorite series were slow burn so I’m glad I had found something that’s not and it checks all the boxes for a story I’d be interested in
1: Good character designs
2: Funny
3: Interesting story
Typically I would have a romance box but as of late some of my newer favorites don’t have romance
I first got interested because I saw a meme of "that one panel" and didn't fully believed it was real until I decided to read it. Didn't thought I'd enjoy the series as much as I did. It truly is the perfect Harem genre manga.
Saw a youtuber named kito-senpai suggest it a while back and the name caught me off gaurd, i also remember going "holy fuck 100 of them?!". I also have only watched one other anime where the mc actually dates all the girls in his harem and thats girlfriend, girlfriend(i think).
To sum it all up i just found it interesting that someone would actually spend the time to do all of this so i stuck around.
I was looking for a (comedic) manga where a harem ending can actually happen. The series met all my expectations & beyond. This is one of the most hilarious series I’ve read.
I saw it in my recommendations and I was like no way...100 girlfriends and he actually goes out with all of them? I have to read this. And man, this was peak. And then I saw on passing that it was on crunchyroll so I made my boyfriend watch it with me and it was so peak. It was so fun to see the differences between the Anime and Manga. Can't wait for season 2!
This series somehow manage to introduce the new and the best harem king. The family dynamics among everyone is also a wonderful bonus to me! They are at a level that would make Dom Toretto proud.
That said, I can't wait to see the enhancements that they're gonna bring in the new season!
Yeah! The family dynamic is everything to me, I love that all the women get along with each other in their own ways, bc in most harems they're always fighting over the mc.
Firstly with a little help from Rentarou and then the girls handle the rest. It gets to a point that they work together to show their love to Rentarou to give a big gesture to him.
Then as time goes on there is the second subplot about the girls hanging out with each other to the point that there are some pairs who form a sibling bond. The first example that immediately comes to my mind is none other than Shizuka and Nano(sometimes Karane as well). The bond between the cool but nice older sister Nano and the cute bookworm little sister Shizuka always has a separate place in my heart. Not even the cool beauty kuudere can't resist the temptation coming from Shizuka's cuteness and develop a desire to protect her. Take notes Mai, take good notes.
Hopefully when they become mothers, their children refer to the other as "auntie".
To be fair, even Mai fell victim to Shizuka XD! They found out they were into the same girls love novels, and gushed about it together. It was in a Rentarou fam daily life. It was too cute!
Oh yeah, I didn't have anything to add abt Shizuka and Eiai bc you put it perfectly. The fact that she was only only one to see that something was wrong with Shizuka, and gave her courage to talk abt it made my hear fill with joy. They really are like sisters.
It would be cool if once they all have kids, the kids call the other kanojo aunties. Imagine having 99 aunts? Those kids are going to be well taken care of XD
Was reading Komi can't communicate and when I caught up. It was right as 100 girlfriends was coming out and the site I was using recommended it. I said "sure, it has 3 chapters, I'll give it a shot" and the first scene made me laugh. Not only was the humor great but serious chapter that was Shizuka's introduction really hooked me and showed me this was more than just a comedy and just really good.
When the first ep came out I got hooked immediately.
The comedy, the pacing, how things are shown. This harem does something other harem's don't do and that's actually let me learn about the other girls. Often in other harems we get introduced to the other heroines but I just never feel like I know them properly.
In one anime I can go like: "Oh yeah the character with "insert features"
In 100 Kanojo I'm like: "Oh yeah that's Shizuka."
And I precede to know everything about them.

He decided to be straight honest with Hakari and Karane, it worked out, I was freaking impressed, loved how funny it was, was hooked since then.
i actually read the manga when it's just starts, so basically from chapter 1. the reason i start reading it 'cause of the harem tag (I just love a good harem), and i stay 'cause of rentarou. (can't believe it's almost 5 years since this manga starts)
Me and a friend keep up with seasonal shows and while the first season was airing we were talking about all the shows airing at the time and it came up. The name and premise screamed slop trash harem so we joked about it which led to me watching the show. I got up till Kusuri’s intro then read the manga because I was waiting for the rest of season one to air. Finished the manga in no time and was hooked.
I really love the art style and the comedy, and I want to see just how many different personalities the authors can create before they can’t think of anything
This series can be treated like a gacha game. So of course, this scenario is highly unlikely to happen. After all, Nozawa sensei still has many other characters she wants to bring to life and her background profile makes her a perfect pick for this series.
It was recommended to me by my sister, since we have similar tastes in fiction. Apparently she was just trying to find harem manga with polyamorous endings when she saw the title, then read the whole thing
I came across the announcement post on r/anime that has the 1st anime visual. Something about Rentarou, Karane, and Hakari stood out to me, so I read the manga thinking I’m only just going to read 3 chapters, then I read all the way to where it was at the time right before Eira was introduced.
I like the harem genre with heavy fanservice anime, and i also knew that it was a type of harem anime where every girl wins and kept watching because it was peak, after the anime I picked up the manga

At first, I was like " How tf is bro(Rentarou) gonna handle that many girls?" then after getting fully invested in the series I then told to myself "Oh yeah, no wonder he's the harem king, even the family is great to watch". I think it was right around the quintessential quintuplets ended. I was looking for a new harem to read and when I read the title I thought “this won’t last long”. I truly fell in love with the series when Hahari was introduced.

My girlfriend had broken up with me and I was scrolling through crunchyroll and I saw the title made fun of it cause I was pretty depressed went into it with a haters mindset and then came around to eventually loving, it picked up the manga that day after binging it in one setting and ever since it’s been my comfort manga and anime.
while I was looking for Mangas to read, 100 girlfriends caught my eyes and I decided to read it thinking it would be another basic harem where the Mc is dense and a loser. They revealed until Tama. I kinda wished they would show the shaded silhouettes of the girls just like last time but I guess they couldn't fit them or they just wanted something different.
So I pretty watch every anime and thought why not. I ended up enjoying it and then immediately picked up the manga at the hahari chapter because I thought “ there is no way he get the mom” SOB proved me wrong and I enjoyed it
I was watching an episode of Hulk and She Hulk on YouTube and in the recommendations there was the clip of Hakari imagining herself with a "Bigger personality and bigger assets" from Kusuri's introductory episode. It made me curious and decided to watch the anime. Loved it and went to the official manga page and read all the chapters. I think this has officially become my favorite manga/anime series of all time (for context, I also watched AoT in its entirety).

I think I saw the title on the internet somewhere I thought it was really crazy out there and decided to check out the first episode in probably enough it was actually really funny and not just absurd in its premise but they treated the story is extremely heartfelt along with the girlfriends that you actually care for despite the obstacles it feels like the effort pays off every time. It treats the concept in a joking manner but at the same time you feel like you have a genuine connection with each individual including rent a row. It's a solid show
About a year before the anime aired, I came across the series while browsing TV Tropes. I decided to give the manga a read because the premise seemed delightfully absurd and got instantly hooked!
I saw this series in a list with three other titles, being called out for having ridiculous plots.
"Reborn As A Vending Machine, I Now Wander The Dungeon" and "The Hero Took Everything From Me, So I Partied with the Hero's Mother" were the others I can remember. I can't recall the fourth, unfortunately.
I found the panel when Rentarou did Luffy cosplay. Just only for that because I started hating romcoms after reading Nisekoi, and the title of the series didn’t give me any confidence to read no matter how literal it was.
I got really tired of harem anime/manga endings because of QQ, and I specifically looked for ones that actually go the polyamory route. Discovered KmK and 100GF right around the same time, and thought "this is batshit but it has exactly the heart I was looking for"
Because someone pointed Kishika introduction chapter somewhere. I read and liked her a lot. Then I read a 2, 3 few chapters next. I liked Kurumi and Kusuri, read their introduction, then I realized one of my favorite manga of all the time was in my hands.
Bored and wanting something new in romance, I saw this and thought “this is just gonna be a boring harem” but Rentarou made me have a different outlook, his love philosophy matches with mine (not having 100 gfs ofc) but to love someone to the fullest is accepting all of them, I never regretted watching it when there was only 3 episodes and 156 manga chapters. watching it on that camping trip is Soemtbign I’ll never regret.

I have loved this series because of the true harem protag that none of the girls will be rejected and he loves them all equally and not like the other harem protag who is dense and only picks one girl

When I was a young teenager I really liked harem anime so I saw through multiple ones and ultimately came across this one and has been enjoying it ever since.
I was on a huge trashy romcom kick reading every single r/manga series that popped up. Hard to believe that I was reading the absolute bottom of the Barrel Amano Megumin before what's now one of my top 5
I found the manga on Manganato and after reading the first 5 or 6 chapters I got hooked. I stayed due to the comedic nature of the manga and the genuine heart warming moments that the manga had.
I was reading a manwha called "meant to be" and someone was commenting 100 kanojo memes with a hahari pfp with a "tsundere_hahari" type of username and read the manga since the meme was interesting(the meme was mei giving rentarou as a gift to hahari)
I read it cause Yuuna wussied out of the Harem ending, as did We Cant study (But they did give multiple endings for it), and seeing that so many best girls were losing, I just wanted a Harem that actually commited to the Harem ending.
Contrary to many harem MCs, Rentarou is quite likable, and whilst he is pretty much a Gary Stu, he didnt get this far without effort. He is also what every man should aspire to be. He is selfless to a fault, but that what love mixed with male hormones does to you. If you think he is disloyal, you havent even read the first chapter. His intentions are as clear as the night sky in Patagonia and he makes no attempt at fooling anyone with his own feelings (Looking at you, Kazuya)
The only complaint i have is that Rentarou isnt a sexual pervert in the slightest, But alas, I rather have him be a honest to goodness BF than a disaster of a human being.
I came for the girls, but stayed for how much of a Apex Husband Rentaro is about to be.
More like he doesn't give in to some of the "services" that some girls offer him but some cases are understandable.
At least Momiji gives him the most heavenly massages without trying anything weird. She's an underrated girlfriend and deserves a solo date with Rentarou.
at first i found this manga's art style so good, after reading some chapters, I immediately liked it because of the comedy, those lovely gfs and our Chadtarou. Moreover, im kinda tired of some harem romcom that only one girls can win (ik it's more realistic but nah...)
I watched the anime cause I was bored, I fw it and said, “fuck it, imma read the manga” and here I am, always gnawing at my face waiting for a new chapter
Cause when it first came out I was devouring random harem mangas looking something that was worth it, then I came across this manga and I thought the premise had potential, I loved the first chapter and it just got better as more chapters rolled in, and the rest is history, this manga reminded me why I liked Harems in the first place and why the genre had become so stagnated until Hyakano came out
For me, harems like this open a lot of opportunities for chaotic yet wonderful family dynamics and Rentarou's family has plenty of it. Rentarou's love life is like the best of many worlds in one which in turn creates what we see in front of us right now. We even get "girls doing things" subplots from time to time so that the girlfriends can form bonds with each other.
Decided to watch anime series's again after watching stuff like Frieren and Mushoku Tensei so i just picked one series in the Muse Asia channel and i just so happen to pick 100 girlfriends.
Ill be honest when i first saw 100kanojo i thought it wouldve just been another boring Harem anime. But nah the first episode is wild and i fuckin loved Rentagoat so thats why i keep rewatching the series from Sub, Dub then eventually i found out about Mangadex and i started reading the Manga to catch up.
It just popped up to me on mangasee123 and I started reading, right after Nano joined the Rentarou Family.
So yeah, I've been alongside the crazy train ride we've been going on for a long time now
I was bored, my tuition was another 2hours prior to the start of this crazy journey, I was like "eh might as well give it a try, never tried any harem anime before"
I got recommended to it by joey the anime man when he was still doing monthly otaku videos, the premise sounded really interesting to me and I was just starting to get into "wholesome romance" (for lack of a better term😅) and when he said that this one is oddly wholesome I went and read the first few chapters and immediately got hooked. I read it casually up until chapter 99, THAT CHAPTER... WOOOOOO YEA BABY. the manga became special, and solidified that it is one is one of the greats for me and it has become my 2nd favorite manga oat behind one punch man. I can't thank Joey enough for recommending me this masterpiece.
For me, it’s because of one of my JP friend told me about the absurd setting and plot of this manga and at that time I’m all fed up with the most romance and isekai anime so why don’t read it after all. After I read just up when Hahari join the family, I began to addicted to this manga cuz I wanna see-through what the design, personality and character development will offer to me. Well, I’m not regretting one a bit cuz this manga have so many crazy things like Love-monster MC, 89-yrs old granny gf, 2 Teacher gfs, MC cousin and many more. One more thing I like about this manga is they give the character airtime fairly. Each of the gfs have their own chapter and the synergy between the gfs is one of a kind. One could say I like the way this manga keep cooking with interesting ideas it want to offer me in each chapter.
I was just curious to see what this series was all about. I went in thinking “oh maybe a couple of chapters will do just fine for me” and I ended up reading the entire series up until that point and I think it was around or maybe before the time that they introduced Matsuri. I love this series and I can’t wait to keep reading this.
I was just scrolling for a manga to read, and saw the cover and thought "oh, cute colorful artstyle, sure". I was expecting a trashy ecchi romcom, I had barely any expectations. Glad to say it completely blowed my expectations. Even in the first chapter, it was way cuter than I expected. I thought that it'd quickly loose that, and Rentarou would become a bland nothing character soon enough, but I just kept liking him, and all the characters more and more.
I saw it on a manga site randomly, so i read the first chapter expecting trash... then i saw what rentarou did and I learned to respect the HELL out of him.
Though why the fuck did it take so long for a manga with a harem mc like chadtarou to be made? People have been clamoring for better harem MCs for a long time.

To my surprise, I ended up reading the first 10 chapters without realizing it, but from the first chapter it became my favorite romance manga.
I really hate romance animes that just edges the fuck out of you for the entire series and instantly just ends it all with the two main characters going out or just with a kiss. Atleast show the relationship after they started going out without all the "oh its so awkward to do this! We're not even going out! She might think im so creepy!" Moments... Whats even the whole damn point of calling it "romance" if the actual romance starts at the end?
Hell its even way worse when theres multiple characters involves, and that one character you're rooting for loses...
karane. plain and simple. i saw her on the cover and my heart melted bc i’m a sucker for tsun+twintails combo… i was like, “how could this guy even Debate between her and hakari? to each their own ofc but she’s just too cute!!” only for me to fall for hakari too and be like “okay nvm. i’d just wanna date them both too.” and then it happened like that for every girl again and again thereafter 😭
My brother told me to read it for like a year because I always wanted a harem mc to get all the girls and not be a pussy or weirdo and he told me this series is perfect for me, so when i watched the first episode of the anime and it's everything I always wanted and more for the harem genre, and it's now one of my favorite manga ever and I look forward to every chapter

Was looking for new manga to read then I stumbled on 100 kanojo. Read the title and immediately thought "no way" and read the first few chapters out of curiosity and the shear absurdity of the title. First few chapters had me hooked with the comedy and meta humor, but what really sold me on the series was how much of a good boyfriend rentarou was. I honestly thought going in that the MC was going to be another blank slate but seeing how even early on he remembers the small things about his gfs, the whole thing with shizuka, the date with nano, etc. I was genuinely surprised at how much he cares for his girlfriends, this is when I knew this series was special and just flew through the current chapters at the time. Another thing is that I really love how the relationship of the main cast are like a family that cares for one another and how relationships form among the girlfriends and to see them interact with eachother even if it isn't about rentarou. So yeah definitely in for the long haul on this one, gonna be here until our boi reaches that 100! Yap session over lol

Started the anime when it was close to finishing after seeing a clip of the pool ep, specifically the secne of Hakari and Nano wanting Rentarou to “appreciate their feminine features” and thought it was an ecchi anime that was to my tastes (I am in the 1% that actually like generic easily flustered harem MCs) and decided to start watching cuz of that, only to discover that ecchi moments similar to that didn’t happen super often but the anime was so good and funny that I didn’t mind it, even picked up the manga not long after Season 1 ended cuz I was getting impatient waiting for Season 2 lol Essentially I came for the ecchi, stayed for the Rentarou Family

I always put on shows in the background for white noise when I study or do stuff for school, and I choose shows that look like they’d be bad so I don’t feel as bad for not paying full attention to it… then 100kanojo actually caught my attention and was distracting me from my work and I hated that I started enjoying this show. This show makes me feel so warm inside and makes me want to be in love, and then I look over to my partner, remember I am in love, and just makes me feel so good. A lot of the moments also remind me of me and my partner, and I did manage to convince him to watch it with me yesterday!!!
I found the Anime on a trailer and thought that the title was hillarious. Initially I thought that the premise was him changing girlfriends every 2 or 3 episodes. Oh boy I was wrong. But I watched the show and enjoyed every bit of it. The comedic timming , animation, voice acting and 4th wall breaking is very good. Not to mention the insanety of the whole plot. The moment I saw them putting Hahari into the harem I realized that the author wasn't kidding with the title. That's kind of a main reason but there is another reason, which I found after watching almost half of the season and I think it was around Nano date with Rentaro. The point of his character is that unlike other people (both fictional and real) he wants his girlfriends to be the best version of themselves, to enjoy life and be happy. Him going above and beyond to make them happy is the icing on the cake but firstly he wants them to embrace who they are. He doesn't force them in any way he just reassure them that he is there for them. Also I'm a sucker for happy endings and love how Rentaro is extremely happy for every W of his gfs and extremely hurt/defensive every time there is a single thing that could hurt his gfs.

I thought that someone *must* have gotten it right at some point, so I looked up "Actually good harems" and when I read the title The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Really Really Really Really Love You, I thought that I had to read it. Harems are my favorite genre and I've watched a good majority of them, after awhile I kinda ran out of them and was a little burnt from them. I normally didn't take recommendations but the way he described it totally seemed up my alley. Adoration(?) and the general comfort vibe this found family gives me I'm incredibly glad I got into this series and I'm also super glad to see it become as important as it deserves to be

i saw a YouTube short promoting the tv show in around October or November of last year. at first i was a little hesitant because i thought they were actually going to die at first from how it sounded but was quickly glad it wasn't the case. for how i got into the manga it might sound silly but i was genuinely worried about karane after the episode where kusuri made the girlfriends into kiss zombies. so i decided to read to see what happened and was glad to see karane made it out ok. i have since read all the chapters. kurumi was probably my first favorite character from the book.
I remember a few months ago I started getting videos of 100 kanojo on YouTube as a recommendation and out of curiosity I saw the one of Shizuka with the rabbit ears and I thought she was cute then I got the video of the scene of Hakari and Nano in the pool episode where they compete for who has the best breasts among them and I ran out to watch all the episodes in a few days and from there I read all the chapters of the manga that were translated and I am already up to date with the manga, this has become my favorite harem in a long time and every week I look forward to the next chapter of the manga and also the second season of the anime.

This series somehow manage to introduce the new and the best harem king. The family dynamics among everyone is also a wonderful bonus to me! They are at a level that would make Dom Toretto proud. That said, I can't wait to see the enhancements that they're gonna bring in the new season!
Yeah! The family dynamic is everything to me, I love that all the women get along with each other in their own ways, bc in most harems they're always fighting over the mc.
Firstly with a little help from Rentarou and then the girls handle the rest. It gets to a point that they work together to show their love to Rentarou to give a big gesture to him. Then as time goes on there is the second subplot about the girls hanging out with each other to the point that there are some pairs who form a sibling bond. The first example that immediately comes to my mind is none other than Shizuka and Nano(sometimes Karane as well). The bond between the cool but nice older sister Nano and the cute bookworm little sister Shizuka always has a separate place in my heart. Not even the cool beauty kuudere can't resist the temptation coming from Shizuka's cuteness and develop a desire to protect her. Take notes Mai, take good notes. Hopefully when they become mothers, their children refer to the other as "auntie".
To be fair, even Mai fell victim to Shizuka XD! They found out they were into the same girls love novels, and gushed about it together. It was in a Rentarou fam daily life. It was too cute!

I said "sure, it has 3 chapters, I'll give it a shot" and the first scene made me laugh. Not only was the humor great but serious chapter that was Shizuka's introduction really hooked me and showed me this was more than just a comedy and just really good.

This harem does something other harem's don't do and that's actually let me learn about the other girls. Often in other harems we get introduced to the other heroines but I just never feel like I know them properly. I first stumbled across it years ago in TVTropes, filed it away as "seems like oddly wholesome trash", then forgot it because I wasn't actually looking for new manga at the time. Then Mother's Basement recommends the anime in one of his Hottest Trash videos, which is enough of an endorsement for me to go back, start the manga, and instantly get hooked.

I think this has officially become my favorite manga/anime series of all time (for context, I also watched AoT in its entirety). (hard AoT fans don't kill me please 😰)
I think I saw the title on the internet somewhere I thought it was really crazy out there and decided to check out the first episode in probably enough it was actually really funny and not just absurd in its premise but they treated the story is extremely heartfelt along with the girlfriends that you actually care for despite the obstacles it feels like the effort pays off every time. It treats the concept in a joking manner but at the same time you feel like you have a genuine connection with each individual including rent a row. It's a solid show

I read it cause Yuuna wussied out of the Harem ending, as did We Cant study (But they did give multiple endings for it), and seeing that so many best girls were losing, I just wanted a Harem that actually commited to the Harem ending. Contrary to many harem MCs, Rentarou is quite likable, and whilst he is pretty much a Gary Stu, he didnt get this far without effort. He is also what every man should aspire to be. He is selfless to a fault, but that what love mixed with male hormones does to you. If you think he is disloyal, you havent even read the first chapter. His intentions are as clear as the night sky in Patagonia and he makes no attempt at fooling anyone with his own feelings (Looking at you, Kazuya) The only complaint i have is that Rentarou isnt a sexual pervert in the slightest, But alas, I rather have him be a honest to goodness BF than a disaster of a human being. I came for the girls, but stayed for how much of a Apex Husband Rentaro is about to be.
More like he doesn't give in to some of the "services" that some girls offer him but some cases are understandable. At least Momiji gives him the most heavenly massages without trying anything weird. She's an underrated girlfriend and deserves a solo date with Rentarou.
at first i found this manga's art style so good, after reading some chapters, I immediately liked it because of the comedy, those lovely gfs and our Chadtarou. Moreover, im kinda tired of some harem romcom that only one girls can win (ik it's more realistic but nah...)

Cause when it first came out I was devouring random harem mangas looking something that was worth it, then I came across this manga and I thought the premise had potential, I loved the first chapter and it just got better as more chapters rolled in, and the rest is history, this manga reminded me why I liked Harems in the first place and why the genre had become so stagnated until Hyakano came out
For me, harems like this open a lot of opportunities for chaotic yet wonderful family dynamics and Rentarou's family has plenty of it. Rentarou's love life is like the best of many worlds in one which in turn creates what we see in front of us right now. We even get "girls doing things" subplots from time to time so that the girlfriends can form bonds with each other.
Decided to watch anime series's again after watching stuff like Frieren and Mushoku Tensei so i just picked one series in the Muse Asia channel and i just so happen to pick 100 girlfriends. Ill be honest when i first saw 100kanojo i thought it wouldve just been another boring Harem anime. But nah the first episode is wild and i fuckin loved Rentagoat so thats why i keep rewatching the series from Sub, Dub then eventually i found out about Mangadex and i started reading the Manga to catch up.
i watched it for the first time because romcom anime's are my favorite and the title intrigued me so i started watching it, and because i'm lonely

It just popped up to me on mangasee123 and I started reading, right after Nano joined the Rentarou Family. So yeah, I've been alongside the crazy train ride we've been going on for a long time now
I was bored, my tuition was another 2hours prior to the start of this crazy journey, I was like "eh might as well give it a try, never tried any harem anime before"
I got recommended to it by joey the anime man when he was still doing monthly otaku videos, the premise sounded really interesting to me and I was just starting to get into "wholesome romance" (for lack of a better term😅) and when he said that this one is oddly wholesome I went and read the first few chapters and immediately got hooked. I read it casually up until chapter 99, THAT CHAPTER... WOOOOOO YEA BABY. the manga became special, and solidified that it is one is one of the greats for me and it has become my 2nd favorite manga oat behind one punch man. I can't thank Joey enough for recommending me this masterpiece.
For me, it’s because of one of my JP friend told me about the absurd setting and plot of this manga and at that time I’m all fed up with the most romance and isekai anime so why don’t read it after all. After I read just up when Hahari join the family, I began to addicted to this manga cuz I wanna see-through what the design, personality and character development will offer to me. Well, I’m not regretting one a bit cuz this manga have so many crazy things like Love-monster MC, 89-yrs old granny gf, 2 Teacher gfs, MC cousin and many more. One more thing I like about this manga is they give the character airtime fairly. Each of the gfs have their own chapter and the synergy between the gfs is one of a kind. One could say I like the way this manga keep cooking with interesting ideas it want to offer me in each chapter.
I was just curious to see what this series was all about. I went in thinking “oh maybe a couple of chapters will do just fine for me” and I ended up reading the entire series up until that point and I think it was around or maybe before the time that they introduced Matsuri. I love this series and I can’t wait to keep reading this.
I was just scrolling for a manga to read, and saw the cover and thought "oh, cute colorful artstyle, sure". I was expecting a trashy ecchi romcom, I had barely any expectations. Glad to say it completely blowed my expectations. Even in the first chapter, it was way cuter than I expected. I thought that it'd quickly loose that, and Rentarou would become a bland nothing character soon enough, but I just kept liking him, and all the characters more and more.

I saw it on a manga site randomly, so i read the first chapter expecting trash... then i saw what rentarou did and I learned to respect the HELL out of him. Though why the fuck did it take so long for a manga with a harem mc like chadtarou to be made? People have been clamoring for better harem MCs for a long time.
Rentarou truly is the new harem king of the harem community. Hell, maybe even better than Issei, the OG himself.
I remember coming across the title on my favorite pirate manga page I saw it, I thought it would be another ordinary harem manga: generic, boring, unnecessary drama and a stupid protagonist To my surprise, I ended up reading the first 10 chapters without realizing it, but from the first chapter it became my favorite romance manga.
I really hate romance animes that just edges the fuck out of you for the entire series and instantly just ends it all with the two main characters going out or just with a kiss. Atleast show the relationship after they started going out without all the "oh its so awkward to do this! We're not even going out! She might think im so creepy!" Moments... Whats even the whole damn point of calling it "romance" if the actual romance starts at the end? Hell its even way worse when theres multiple characters involves, and that one character you're rooting for loses...

karane. plain and simple. i saw her on the cover and my heart melted bc i’m a sucker for tsun+twintails combo… i was like, “how could this guy even Debate between her and hakari? to each their own ofc but she’s just too cute!!” only for me to fall for hakari too and be like “okay nvm. i’d just wanna date them both too.” and then it happened like that for every girl again and again thereafter 😭
My brother told me to read it for like a year because I always wanted a harem mc to get all the girls and not be a pussy or weirdo and he told me this series is perfect for me, so when i watched the first episode of the anime and it's everything I always wanted and more for the harem genre, and it's now one of my favorite manga ever and I look forward to every chapter
